You have the worst employees working for your company of business they are lazy and Ignorant and Rude went here there times once in the morning back in September morning and had the worst experience your Spanish Employed is Rude and ignorant she has no kindness at all she doesn't know how to follow simple directions back in October went there for dinner and she took our order messed up on the macho frappe we told her no whipped and no chocolate drizzle she still put whipped cream and chocolate drizzle my wife told her that it is wrong and she rolled her eyes at my wife and walk off with and attitude same thing happen last night she is rasict she has a problem with white Caucasian people she is a poor excuse of labor you need to hired a better crew to work for your company instead of these ignorant attitude young adults that has no respect for her elders key word respect your elders

The guy who took my order kept rushing me to get my order together like he had something else better to do besides provide excellent customer service!! The guy who took my payment ( don’ t know if it’s the same person) took my money and threw the change in my hand. Once I confronted him about it he did not apologize and said that I was the one who dropped it… and to TOP IT ALL OFF they didn’t even get their order right!!!!!!! This is THE WORST FRANCHISE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the kiosk and it took longer than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to and when I tried to tell someone I wanted a cup of water on the counter, nobody listened or even bothered coming to the counter while 5 more people lined up while 3 people left cause they couldn’t bother to come to the counter and see what’s going on, but besides that the food is pretty good just terrible service whatsoever

We try not to go this location. The wait time is ALWAYS ridiculously long. Orders are not always correct either. Our most recent visit - we were shorted a medium fry and didn't realize it until we got home. I would not recommend this

I just went through drive-through, at 5 PM on January 18 and the gentleman in the drive-through could not give me my correct change and he kept opening the window and asking the manager and still kept giving me the wrong change. Seems like he was high or something, definitely not going back there again.Parking: Horrible customer service, especially through drive-through, could not even give me the correct change and told me a different amount that was on my receipt and still messed up the correct amount
