They always send you right to a parking spot to keep the timer down. One time, they left me out there and I had to come in and my order was on the table ready. First time I let it slide but now it’s clearly a pattern of bad customer service.
It's Howard county so your getting a paper straw which imo makes the good old mcd coke tasting bland. They also are an early adopter of no self serve drinks and with order automated via the kiosk means if you don't want ice your gonna get it if you complain you get it right but still a waste. I understand adapting to changes in dynamics but just feels a bit much. Hopefully they don't start charging for refills. It's the mcd way so I won't shoot the local store for corp stuff....read full review

I placed an order on the kiosk and it took longer than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to and when I tried to tell someone I wanted a cup of water on the counter, nobody listened or even bothered coming to the counter while 5 more people lined up while 3 people left cause they couldn’t bother to come to the counter and see what’s going on, but besides that the food is pretty good just terrible service whatsoever
