Taco Bell in Elkridge provides clean, quick service with friendly staff. The online ordering makes it easy to customize meals, and staff are quick to correct orders if needed. Recent reviews highlight a significant improvement in door dash orders, with well-made items that include adequate ingredients and sauce. The restaurant also has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. Customers appreciate the outdoor dining area and have bonded with the drive-thru staff. Some have requested the return of popular items like the Lux Cravings Box and MTN Dew Baja Blast zero, which have helped them through tough times. The redesigned restaurant looks nice and pleasant, though some feel the food and service could still improve to match its appearance.
