Been dining there for years I adore the food and experience every time I go. The husband and wife owners truly have a jewel of a restaurant, highly highly recommend

Our son and his wife's wedding and reception took place here. Naina was amazing every step of the way! The Manor House had plenty of space for everyone to get ready-and many guests commented on the historical building. The outdoor setting for their wedding was just beautiful, and the tent for the reception was so pretty. The food was outstanding, and just the service overall made for a seamless day, one that our families will treasure always.

Great food and very attentive and personable staff. Dawson, our waiter, was wonderful.

We were absolutely blessed to have Dawson take care of us last evening for my sister’s 40th. He was an absolute delight, and I already have plans to come back—hoping we’re lucky enough to get him again! The food was simply superb, featuring a ton of homegrown ingredients, exotic choices, 10/10 cocktails, and the best damn cheesecake I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and make a point of going!

We enjoyed a lovely brunch here on a beautiful Fall day. We loved the historic building and the lovely treed grounds surrounding it. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place. Been there for two weddings. You will not find a better venue within 1000 miles. Service is unbelievable. You hear people say about other places that the wedding was beautiful but Food was just okay. EFI Food never disappoints.

We chose Elkridge Furnace Inn to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary last night and are so glad we did! From the moment we set foot on the romantically-lit path winding toward the beautifully-preserved historic buildings we knew this was going to be a special night. As we approached the entrance, we were greeted warmly by a staff member and escorted into the building and upstairs to our table. Everyone we encountered made sure to ask us if we were celebrating a special occasion and wished us a happy anniversary. Our table was set in a lovely room and our friendly and professional server, Tony, arrived immediately, introduced himself and very sweetly brought us a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate the occasion. Tony was very helpful in describing and recommending dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from Chef Dan's signature Cream of Baltimore soup and the duck confit egg rolls to my roasted pork tenderloin topped with bourbon peaches and pork bourdelaise and hubby's Supreme of Pheasant with an outstanding mushroom cream sauce. And everything paired perfectly with our tasty Paul Hobbs Crossbarn pilot noir. And, last but not least, the gorgeous chocolate mousse with Chambord creme and the limoncello ricotta cake were the perfect ending to a delightful dinner. Chef Dan Wecker even stopped by our table to make sure we were having a wonderful experience and to offer us best wishes. Thank you to everyone who helped us feel special last night, we will definitely return and will recommend Furnace Inn to all of our family and friends!

We used to live in Baltimore and retired to North Carolina. We were glad to visit Baltimore again so we could come to Elkridge Furnace Inn. It is one of our favorite places to eat. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Chef Dan always comes through with tasty meals. He makes one of the best crab cakes in town. And the vegetables are right out of their garden.
