I’ve never been disappointed with my tacos at El Chapin. The meat is so high quality, they actually spice the meat instead of leaving it bland, and the salsa is to die for. I wish I lived closer so I wouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to get them (though my waist line is probably thankful that’s not possible). The fact that they are cooked to order only enhances the quality, and it’s absolutely worth the wait.
