I read the reviews and I should have listened. This was easily the worst experience I've had with KFC, fast food even.. the food was horrible as was the staff's attitude
Not the place to go unless you like not getting your food, not getting a refund, and finding the staff half-undressed and making out in the lobby. Oh, and customer service dodging calls and emails about it.
This is an above average KFC in terms of food, the chicken is always good and never cold or dry (even through delivery) but the service is terrible. Every time I order I NEVER get my sauce or utensils. This happens with frustrating consistency and makes me regret ever deciding to order from here in the first place.
