Everytime I go to this restaurant the energy is so dry... the females at the register act like you annoying them the whole time your placing your order, horrible customer service. And whoever is the woman manager is even worse all attitude. Half of them barely speak English and can't understand what you're trying to order. All my chicken was half cooked, looked raw inside. Horrible experience

Went through drive through ordered and was told to pull around to wait sat for 20 minutes only had 3 meals ordered get home and missing all of the sides not the first time we have had issues with this location absolutely ridiculous not going back to this location. We live to far to drive back and get what we ordered. Update went back today first time in awhile hoping for better service couldn’t understand the person taking my order and I guess they didn’t understand me so got home and figures order was completely wrong. Wasn’t walking back into this place to get it fixed for them to mess with the food. Absolutely terrible place and wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

Could not enter the building they locked their doors 3 hours early people were inside eating they left they ran and locked doors again had to use drive-thru and they messed up the order

Thank you for your response just in the future maybe they can pass the phone to someone else. New review.... Doesn't understand English enough to be able to communicate properly with customers. I asked how long has my food been sitting since my dasher was extremely late and they said the food is ready. I said no how long has it been ready and sitting??? is it still warm???( The delivery was suppose to be at 9:28 and it was 9:40 at this point) and they kept repeating no it's ready and/ or doesn't understand....this is extremely frustrating I couldn't even cancel my order because of the miscommunication...my food was not great. This is a pickup only place because they won't help you when a dasher absolutely sucks and ruins ur food.

This place was filthy. The men’s bathroom had pee all over the floor and a woman’s bra and panties in the corner next to the toilet. The food tasted like bad grease. Food was just sitting around and they threw it in the bag cold. There were no napkins in the dining area at all. I will not be going back there ever again.

The service was okay, food was fine, the bathrooms were atrocious. The toilets were clogged with a ton of toilet paper and feces in the women’s room and the men’s bathroom had women’s under garments in the corner and urine everywhere. If my husband hadn’t already taken the food out to the car while I attempted to use the restroom I would’ve have hightailed it out of there and saved my $65.00
Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 orders of fried pickles especially since I haven’t been there in so long. Now I remember why. They didn’t have any pickles. They kept my money didn’t give me no refund or compensation. So I pretty much gave them money for no solution. They need to do something quick about this location. Or shut it down. Simple. Not happy at all nor is a lot of people.

I'm finally better enough to be able to say something. My mother and I went through the drive through and ordered the 8 piece dark spicy chicken a few days ago. When we made it home and ate, about an hour later both of us were sick. We spent the afternoon throwing up. My mother called to let them know, and was told to come back with the receipt. I was able to make it back up to this Popeyes location, to just be looked at. We spent $24.09, and nothing was said about how we got sick or anything. When I came into the store, I handed the lady at the register the bag with the rest of the chicken, she turned her back to me and spoke with one of the other men that were there. After standing there with nothing being said to me, I told them to keep the chicken. I felt horrible already, so for me to just be standing there with nothing being done or said was even worse. I'll never go to Popeyes again. DO BETTER, OUR MONEY WAS WAISTED. When I asked for my receipt, they tried to act like they gave it back to me, but didn't. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
