So I ordered a 3 piece tender combo and the lady helping me was rude off of the bat. She was certainly not pleased to serve me in any way shape or form. And to top it off, my chicken was undercooked. I want to have hope in this Popeyes location but this experience shaked me.

I ordered popcorn shrimp it came out drier than my last relationship and harder than a brick. I also ordered a 5 piece tender they instead switched it out with a three piece (two wings and a leg) without asking or telling me anything and on top of that the chicken 3 piece I did came out with JUST WINGS. I PAID THIRTY DOLLARS FOR STUFF I COULDNT EVEN ENJOY IM NOT GOING BACK EVER. This is horrible and I hope they get closed down.

Ceiling was dripping in the kitchen and cashier shrugged her shoulders when it dripped onto the counter with food. Bathroom wall tiles falling apart. Took a long time for service.
Chicken was not warm.

Without fail every night they get something wrong, like a wring size, or just not hearing sinething right, but they will fix it if you walk in. the food is actually fairly nice but depending on the day it actually tastes different

Unfortunately, the service there is not good because some people give very bad service and it takes more than 30 minutes to give you your food. I have also seen strange actions between them and I am talking about the manager Samantha and the manager Nelson. They are a couple and on occasions when I have gone to pick up orders I have seen how he touches Samantha's buttocks. If they are a couple it is fine but they should not do that in the store. Besides, I understand that in a job, romantic couples cannot work. They should pay more attention to that. In addition, it is seen that they both treat the other employees very badly. Nelson thinks he is the owner of the restaurant, he yells at them very rudely and the young Jose does nothing to change that. I say all this because when I have gone I have seen and heard how they yell at others, I have been surprised by that. Well, that is my humble opinion.

You remember to charge me for extra sauce but can't remember my biscuits. Bad enough the smell of burnt chicken at this location. I'll make my own biscuits. Are you still reading this and considering eating here ? GO to, I'm just winging it instead. if you can afford the extra sauce, this horrible Popeyesdoes not deserve your business. and I love chicken as much as my brown wife and I will NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE. ITs going out of business anyway!

Rude staff that doesn’t speak English, manager especially rude, had my pick up order behind the counter for 6 minutes before giving it to me after asking a couple times.
Online order- 45 minutes ahead of arrival, they still made me wait an additional 10 minutes. They were not busy at all. I would advise anyone reading this to find a different Popeyes. This is not my first bad experience here, the corporate office needs to do better training for their franchises, and make sure the register employee can speak english
