Double charged me on Friday. Called the store 3 times. First time “manager” says “that’s not possible, it’s your banks fault”. Second and third time left messages that went unreturned. Called their corporate number twice and been lied to about receiving return calls “within the day” and “in ten minutes”.
Horrible customer service. I bought one thing but charged for two. I guess that’s the ethics they bring to the table as it’s not important enough...read full review
