We have come to the Easter brunch for the past several years. But this year was a bit disappointing. First of all, they served a macaroni and cheese. It was completely tasteless, hardly any cheese. It was like eating plain elbow, macaroni.Secondly, they cut back on their after lunch dessert items. The dessert bar consisted of three choices of mini cups, of puddings or mousse, and a tub of bread pudding? No Cakes, pies or cookies. Actually, I think they used to serve ice cream, not this year.Probably try somewhere new next year..

Very very disappointed! We had reservation at 6 pm and we waited for our food for more than 2 and half hrs. We came in with little children and a big group for the birthday and left feeling disappointed. We have been to fine dinning around the world, and this place cannot be called fine dinning if you have around 3 front-of-house staff working at the entire restaurant and maybe only one or two back of the house staff on a Friday night! No service (floor manager did not even say hi to our table and was making faces when we asked to bring our cake, water was never refilled, no one came to check in), salmon was stinking (undercooked, gave rash to our 3 year old and 1 year old), lamb chops were burned. This place is a mess! Will never be back.

Delicious food. I enjoyed the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin and my husband had the filet. Our waiter was helpful and asked the kitchen about questions we had regarding gluten sensitive items on the menu. The menu has quite a few GS options which is one of the reasons we decided to dine here. The live music from the bar above was an enjoyable addition to our meal.

SERVICE VERY HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST WAITERS PASSED MY WIFE AND I FOR 45MIN AND TO GET WATER TO DRNK AND TO TAKE OUR ORDER MY WIFE HAD TO APPROACH THE GUY AT THE BAR KEN AND THE WHEN MY STEAK CAME TO THE TABLE IT WASN'T EVEN WARM WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND SHARE THAT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ALL OF OUR FRIENDS

This was our first time at Alexandria's. Loved the atmosphere and the food was good but they didn't have enough servers. Our servicer and a manager seemed to be the only ones servicing all the tables, so service was slow. Also, they didn't provide rolls and butter for the table either which seemed odd. Overall, we enjoyed it and would go back.

Attended a wedding here recently. The restaurant is on the lower level from the entrance to the hotel. Food and service were excellent. Appetizers were crab dip, shrimp, crackers and vegetables. Everything was quite good! Dinner was pork chop, salad, vegetables and chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was cooked properly and the server was very attentive. I would return to this restaurant again when I'm in the area!

We live in Turf Valley so we are frequent diners at Alexandra's. There were 4 of us and we were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and literally waited 30 minutes until they were served to us. The bar was empty and our drinks were just sitting there. When we finally flagged our waiter for our cocktails, my husband asked him if this was the way the rest of the night was going to go and he replied, "yes". The manager (Ken) came over to us and couldn't have been nicer. He personally made sure that the rest of the night went smoothly for us and it did! Kudos to the owners for hiring Ken Chase! Ken, because of you, we will be back. In fact, tomorrow night...

I got the three too Spanish dips and there was no label that there was nuts in them and I ate it and all they did was offered to take it off my tab.... they are gluten sensitivity labeled on the menu, but not food that explicitly says nuts, which is life threatening...

Thanks for ruining my friend’s birthday brunch. Reservations were made weeks in advance, and then cancelled last minute via email. When we tried to reschedule, both the host and the manager were very rude and unwilling to help accommodate.

The food comes out cleanly, but you have to wait a long time. The food is not satisfactory compared to the price.

Great food and cocktails. The seafood toast appetizer was awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely worth a visit.

Very good food. Just did not know there was a guitar duet, playing in the bar, very loudly, above the restaurant, so it made it a little more difficult to hear our conversation. but everything else was fine

Waited 45 minutes for 3 kids meals and 2 salads. The pizzas for the kids were burnt, needless to say they didn't eat it. Salads were fine, nothing special. Service was extremely slow, and the restaurant wasn't even full. Left with 3 cranky kids. Won't return.

Very limited breakfast menu. Food very good and ambiance is fine. Service was ok. I'd have been happier going to a diner. Have had much experiences at the restaurant in the past (mostly for dinners)

The steak and fries along with the bolognese were downright awful. The “filet” wasn’t a filet at all, and tasted like it was cooked on a really dirty grill and had an odor coming from it as well. The bolognese was just noodles with meat sauce dumped on top. I’ve made better pasta and meat sauce when I cooked for myself in middle school.
