Always loved the turnovers. Curly fries are always a hit. Sandwiches are a bit polarizing. Love them or hate them.

Do not eat at this location. I ordered a sandwich online, walk in to pick up my order and the employee was making my food and others in drive thru with no gloves. Literally picking up roast beef with his bare hands. This is going to be escalated because this is unacceptable.

Had a horrible experience at this location minutes ago. I frequent this location whenever I come to visit family in the local area. Usually, my service is wonderful...fresh food & outstanding customer service. This is the reason why I travel the distance to come here. Unfortunately, this changed today with the ignorant and rude customer service of the young lady in drive thru. I informed them that the change given to me was incorrect. They tried to tell me I was wrong when I let them know my change was $10 short. I felt insulted with how my situation was handled. Just for the young lady to give him the $10 I was shorted in the first place. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not there (how convenient), and when I requested a refund because of the experience I was told I was not able to get one, crazy when I have a receipt (it was for $6.27). When I asked the drive thru lady her name, she would not give it. When I asked for the corporate number, she refused to provide it. She said something under her breath and walked off. Totally ignoring me. Truly unacceptable! I left the food there because why would I want to eat it! So, enjoy that because I will never spend anymore money at this location. I would like to mention that the young man that also worked drive thru was friendly and professional. He tried his best to fix the situation and I appreciate him for that. His name starts w/a W (sorry I forgot the name). Understand, it was NOT about the money, but the principle. I won't say not to go there because its usually a great experience with fresh food as mentioned before. This could be an isolated incident, dk. For me, never will I go here again! I will just go to the next closest one...#lostacustomer

It's an arby's, which is pretty much all that you need to know. The parking is a little wonky, you have to park on the back, and then walk to the front. Overall the food was good, made fresh, and it's still Arby's.

First of all, the food tonight sucked! I ordered the quarter lb brisket sandwich & it was flat, like barely any meat at all. The regular chicken sandwich I got, I requested 3 times NO MAYO...so what'd they do?! They gave me 3x the mayo! No more Arbys, you'll never get another cent from me!!!

This is the first negative review I've contributed in quite some time. Last evening, I ordered five gyro sandwiches from Arby's drive thru menu on Centennial Lane in Ellicott City, MD for our family. The following morning, two of my three children and my spouse experienced symptoms related to food poisoning. Our daughters have the classic symptoms, loose stools, vomiting, and fever. We believe the meat in three of the sandwiches was not fully cooked. The sandwiches my son and I ate were fine. Please exercise caution when ordering gyros from Arby's at this location.

Really nice place but holy crap there’s no salt on the fries, it was so bland. And my Dr Pepper tasted like chlorinated water.

11/27- disappointed again. Staff person sitting in lobby area SCREAMING on the speaker phone in spanish while customers are eating. Another staff person walked over later and they begin another LOUD conversation on spanish. To top it off, my burger was rare in the middle. Not good. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Got me stuck in line and DID NOT have what I came for. Since their drive through traps you in I got to waste time and gas. Thanks.

I usually buy a small order of Mozzarella sticks. Usually not hot. The flavored lemonade is good.

Good sometimes. I like Arbys but not a lot of people go to this location. Drive thru always empty. This means your food is either going to be cold or you have to wait 30 minutes for it to be made fresh. It's never both fast and hot.

I had to wait in the parking lot for about 5 minutes, and took the food home so my sons can have his big cheese bcn bf burger. They shared the burgers. One son finished his, and the other son was just about done, noticed his burger was pink inside! Tried calling the restaurant and they are not answering their phones!

I had a free gyro with a purchase online, I had a question about it and they knew nothing about it, ask for the manager and she said she didn't know and walked away, never again
