Located in lotte plaza's food market this place serves up sushi and great fish stews. I haven't tried the sushi, but I grabbed the spicy catfish stew after grocery shopping and it was the perfect lunch. They don't skimp on the fish, which was super fresh and came with bones (FYI). The flavor of the broth was good and not too spicy. This could easily be two meals, so it's a great price at around $15.

Au Rang is a sushi/poke place inside the lotte plaza food court. The lotte plaza itself might be a little difficult to get to if you don't know the area but once you're inside, locating Au Rang is easy. I've been to Au Rang about three times now and it's always on point! I've never had the chance to try their poke bowl but next time I definitely will. I always get the sushi combo that comes with 2 rolls for about $8-9. The combo comes with a tuna roll and a California roll. When you try the sushi, first thing you'll realize is how fresh the meat is. I'm specifically referring to the tuna roll in that regard. The California roll is decent but I've never liked them that much. The tuna roll however is fresh and delicious!! They even give you the sushi in a cool boat with ginger, soy sauce, etc. If you like sushi and happen to be on this side of 40, stop by the lotte plaza food court and try Au Rang.
