Been here before and it was fine. But tried to order online today and just could not. On the phone it was never possible to see the details of my order, but I took the risk and hit the big button, but it simply didn't work. So, I tried my laptop. There, it was impossible to scroll through the options on a given menu item. Since I couldn't make an order, I gave up.

Ordered through the website and had an item missing on delivery. Order was placed through Barebones Spoton service but was delivered by Doordash. (Theres a reason I dont use Doordash) So I call and end up speaking with the manager who says I have to speak with Doordash, after I debated why. Called doordash and they ended up saying I had to speak with the restaurant because they took the order and money, like I didnt already know this. Called restaurant back and asked for the manager who remembered me and just said the forgot the item and they're bringing it. (I had already told the to just refund it) So this was already about 730 pm and I didnt feel like arguing anymore, just wanted to eat the dinner that was sitting for 20 minutes. No one ever showed up with my item, nor did anyone call back. Beware when u order online for delivery, they getcha. Oh, also, after my first call with the manager I mentioned the latest the bag was wide open at delivery and probably the reason something was missing, to which he replied, we dont seal the bags...

They usually have a great band Friday night it was packed the food was very good crab cakes crab pretzel the waitress we had was named Mary she was the best I needed a phone charger my phone was dying and she took care of us no problem

Went for the prime rib and it was good but they served it with a huge piece of fat that must have been at least 20% of the weight of my 16oz prime rib. I'm actually shocked that they served that to a customer. All else was good except for the fact that they charge extra for credit cards for some reason, like they don't charge enough for food these days.

Huge fan of Bare Bones! I love being able to enjoy/support a locally-owned restaurant that consistently delivers on flavor AND service. Some of my favorites include the butter beans (absolutely delicious - give them a try), the corn fritters, and the BBQ chicken! My husband loves the bone-in ribeye pork chop and the French onion soup. The restaurant also has an awesome private room with a TV, perfect to book for larger parties! We just celebrated my bestie's 40th in there and the staff was so accommodating (thank you so much, Zach!) Can't say enough about awesome newer ownership with Sunny, too - perfect blend of interior upgrades/menu refreshes while still delivering on the classics!

Long story short, the food was not great. Not sure if this is the norm but even simple things like a sandwich and fries were underwhelming. The only reason I’m still getting it 4 stars is the service was great and everyone working there was very friendly.
