Bengong's Tea

If I could not give a star, I wouldn’t give it a star. I bought 4 cups of pearl milk tea and didn’t even give a straw. The pearls were so badly cooked that it’s not good at all.

Flavorful boba tea! Absolutely loved the fact that you could get it hot. Definitely try the hot variation of brown sugar boba as that's what I recommend

all the employees stared when i came in no greeting or anything. the girls working at the tea counter avoided eye contact and did not greet or anything or offer assistance at the counter. very weird and unwelcoming

Don’t like it at all. They only allow dining customers to sit down, they don’t offer the sit for you when you buy the bubble tea

Not only are the drinks overpriced — they don’t taste good. We ordered a variety of drinks (both fruity and milky) and yet we would not order any of them again. The cherry on top? The staff is unnecessarily and terribly rude. I will not be returning.

I had the taro milk tea and the special bubble milk tea, 30% sweet, extra ice. Both of the drinks were absolutely incredible! They use mini boba, which I haven’t seen before but loved. The tea is amazing and, in my opinion, much better than other places in the area with higher ratings (tiger sugar, etc). I will absolutely be going back and I hope you do too!

The taro cheese foam drink was disgustingly sweet even though I got 50% sugar, and also had a chemical taste. I don't even know if it can be called a drink because it was so thick and didn't fall out my cup when I turned it upside down.

I found a long hair strand INTERTWINED in the boba. It was stuck in between three boba pieces and I only noticed as I pulled them out of my mouth. All I asked for was a refund and staff straight up told me no in an annoyed voice. Terrible service. Only after I said I would complain to corporate were they quick to offer a refund.

I’m generally forgiving when I comes to finding unacceptable human bits in my food but after being treated terribly after the fact while I was super polite I can confidently say THE STAFF SUCKS. Don’t come here for your own good

As an Asian they have the best bubble tea in town. I always travel like 30 minutes to get your bubble tea and it is by far the best.

Their matcha cheese slush is out of this world!! Highly recommend. I wish they have a location closer to where I live. I would go everyday!

The staff here is rude and racist especially to the people who are from different countries, as a person who wears hijab, the employees would stare weirdly and whisper stuff into each others ears and laugh, and they told us to not sit at a table because it was “reserved”, first off there was not any box or thing placed on table saying reserved and the employee told us to sit somewhere else and when we sat somewhere else he said that one is also reserved, make it make sense.

I got milk tea from here, and unfortunately the tea flavor was very weak. Far cry from the begong milk tea I've had in California.

The tea is great, but if you don’t pay tip, which should be fine since it’s just a takeout tea shop, you order will be sitting there without wrapping up, and no one will call your number, and when you are trying to ask the counter lady, she will roll her eyes at you. Terrible service and good product.
