Bruster's Real Ice Cream

It was so good! I had a scoop of Dubai chocolate and a scoop of chocolate raspberry truffle with hot fudge and whipped cream and a cherry. I promise it was there in the pic😋

I love coming back to this place! My family loves the variety of flavors and the new and fresh seasonal flavors they come up with. We make it to a point to pass by atleast once or twice or thrice or more times each month.

They have a variety of flavors including non-dairy options. Delicious and reasonable price for the amount they serve! Will be back

I always enjoy coming here with my family. The staff are friendly, funny, and so patient as I sample flavors. The ice cream is sooo delicious and they always have new flavors!

The Bruester’s staff is always friendly. They allow you try a sample before you commit to a flavor. The homemade ice cream is beyond delicious and it’s flavorful.

My wife and I went here tonight for the first time - it is a new place nearby and we tend to give local places business. There were 6 people in front of us, presumably six ice cream items to make. My wife got her sundae after 11:30 minutes. Then a DoorDash person got their ice cream, followed by the people who ordered after us. I went to the window and asked about the status of my sundae. The girl said she was making a milkshake instead of a sundae, and she didn't know why she had done that. She dumped the cup of ice cream back into the main container of ice cream (I won't comment if this is acceptable), and then made my sundae. No apologies after 13:15 minutes of waiting and about to make the wrong item. The girls working were talking back and forth a lot, stopping and laughing, which probably contributed to the record time to get the ice cream. I may revise this IF the owner reaches out.

Disappointing. Descriptions of ice cream were deceptive to outright lies. No apple Swirl in apple pie flavor. No caramel nor toffee in caramel toffee flavor.

Not enough help, in line for 30 minutes. Friday evening at 5:30. Employees working hard need a Mgr at sore and more help.
If you come to Brusters , prepare to wait .

Over charged me for me order. Manager didn't step in. Also not sure why their birthday cake ice cream doesn't have not one piece of cake in it. Every other ice cream establishment has pieces of cake in their birthday cake ice cream. Here they just put chunks of frosting. Not a good experience, will not return.
