Not my first choice, but definitely a location to consider if you’re desperate for a Burger King burger. While the food is delicious, I find the service is lacking depending on which shift you visit. If you order during day-time hours, you’re guaranteed exceptional customer service oppose to their night time shift. The only problem I have with service/atmosphere/food is the night time shifts ability to make order mistakes. Otherwise, this location is cool!

Terrible, It made me sick

A quick note on the new maple BBQ whopper. It’s good, with a touch of spiciness from jalapeños, maple sweetness from the light basting of maple sauce and the maple bacon crumbles, with crispy onions, and American cheese. It’s a nice treat, especially the maple and the little bit of crunch. For me, it wont replace fresh taste of the regular whopper. This BK is east to get to on the south side of US-40. Quick, friendly drive-thru. Plenty of parking in their lot.

After a late night we needed to feed the kids and my toddler decided that Burger King was where we needed to go. We didn't know the dining room closed at 8, we walked in at 8:01 but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Though the front had already been cleaned they let us know we were fine to still eat in. They made the kids crowns and laughed with them. The food was fresh and served quickly. I wanted to write this review to let the staff know how much we appreciated their kindness and understanding!

If not paying with cash. Watch your credit cards. They will double charge you.
Bank is now involved.
People working there do not know what they are doing.

Online order is never made on time. There is no point of making an online order. Walk in is way faster

Where to begin with this place. Dine-in part of this BK closes at 8;00 P.M. Or maybe 7:00. Or whenever. Next, lots of people leaning, not many cleaning. Would use napkins to clean my own table, but none available. No ketchup dispensers either. Guy at counter yelled at me thinking I was taking the zesty sauce things he had in a box on the counter. I was actually grabbing a few ketchup packs. Which were old and stuck together. Yeah, hate to bankrupt BK by taking an 8 cent cup of zesty sauce for my $11.00 meal. This place needs a new manager. Or any manager.

Best cleanest Burger King I have been to in years! The staff was nice too, great service and again clean. Staff was always checking to see if I was good

Asked for a water and saw that they now charge 45 cents. Said I did not want it because of this charge. I was told that I would not be charged for it and they would give it to me free of charge, but after looking at my reciept they did in fact charge me for it. They have gotten increasingly expensive!
