The reason why I am writing this review is because my first experience in the store was awesome and the sandwich was really good. Then my recent experience was not so good. The young man was really friendly and respectful but when I seen him wiping his nose with his arm and making my sandwich was terrible, DISGUSTING, AND NASTY. and to top it off he rung CUSTOMERS up, handed THEM THEIR cash, and went back to making my sandwich WHILE still wiping his nose WITH THE SAME GLOVES and didnt THINK TO CHANGE THEM. I DIDNT EVEN WANT THE SANDWICH I LEFT THE STORE. NO THANK YOU

The BEST sub you’ll ever eat. Don’t skip the oil & vinegar, it is to die for! Fresh deli meat and all the fixings available. We’ve been frequenting this deli for years and absolutely adore the owner. Italian, roast chicken, and smoked turkey are all winners.

Got a sandwich here while on shift. They are friendly enough but the sandwich selection is pretty generic. It was a pretty average sandwich and we waited a while during lunch. The store and cleaning in the front seem kind of like an after thought. Deli side was clean from what I could tell. Get a sandwich in a pinch but I won't go out of my way to get another one. Especially for the price. Can honestly make just as good a sandwich at home for a fraction of the cost.

1st time getting food from the deli. We were googling reviews at work, looking for a decent Italian hoagie, and saw this place listed. I was a little hesitant, as they were further away than I wanted to drive, and also had some bad reviews. However, after reading through the negative ones they were all about rude service and hours open, etc.I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. Nice LARGE subs, loaded with lots of quality meats, cheeses and fresh veggies. The rolls were soft, yet strong enough to not fall apart immediately (they have to be a little messy or it's just not a real Italian sub). The paper they were wrapped in was thick and coated, which came in handy when they dripped. They had sweet peppers, which for me absolutely take the sub to the next level (for some crazy reason sweets are hard to find around here and half of the sub shops think banana peppers are sweet peppers. They are not! Sorry, personal rant).OK, back to the hoagie ... Oil & vinegar and mayo that you can actually taste. Even fresh thick tomato slices that didn't have cores or taste like cold mush. Lastly, the perfect amount of shredded lettuce. Many places tend to fill their subs with lettuce just to make them look bigger. If I'm being picky I would have exchanged maybe one slice of ham for a slice of salami, to give it a bit more Italian zip .. but that's being really picky.Anyway, not the best hoagie I've ever had, but the best I've had in a couple of years... and certainly the best I've found in the greater Clarksville area so far.Kudos to C & B Italian Deli. I look forward to getting more lunches and trying new items at your place. Also, on the bad service I read about in the reviews, I didn't see it. The young man that served me was extra polite, asked me if I needed more napkins, and sincerely thanked me (with eye contact) for the carryout tip I gave him. Nicely done.

Really killer subs. The guy who works the counter and makes them is the nicest guy on earth too.

I finally went to get a sandwich after living in Ellicott City for years. I had a smoked turkey sub and it was DELICIOUS! I definitely will be back.

This is one of my favorite delis. Great portions. Good selection. Friends have complained of the hours, but still go to C&B. I would call to see if they are open.

Service was not the best. Young man who waited on me seemed not to be able to take more than one order before completing the first, so the wait was long. I ordered an smoked turkey on rye and it was meaty and delicious. Will return as it has been a favorite since the original owners were there and I grew up in the area.

Great Italian subs, good deli selection. Cannolis filled to-order. Have not yet tried the prepared food in the freezer, but plan to soon. Friendly service. If they would only make New Orleans muffulettas, they would be perfect.
Great sandwiches, needs to expand their hours.
