I was excited to get a staple from my childhood. I recently ordered a chicken cheesesteak combo with a half and half. The cheesesteak was good. I could tell the toppings were fresh, it was hot, and the bread was good. The fries were very hot and the half and half was on point. In my opinion a little high in terms of price but was worth it considering the lack of options from surrounding carryouts.“

“He makes great steak and cheese or chicken and cheese. And he has all beef, hot dogs. He make sure everything's perfect. Before he gets it out to you, If kids combine don't have money for a hot dog, he pays for it out of his own pocket. Hes a very kind, loving business owner.“

“I found this place on social media and I'm so glad I did!!! It is 10 mins from my house and I for sure will be back. This was bussin! I got the large shrimp tray for 20 dollars. As you can see in the photo.... they big! You get 1 sausage, 1 egg, potatoes and 15 shrimp. You have a choice of sauce/flavor and I got the house special. The seasoning is great and the shrimps are cooked to order. Only waited about 15 minutes for it! Will DEFINITELY be back!!!“

“Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!“

“Ordered delivery a few weeks ago, although I have friends who regularly go here and rave about it. The steak and cheese sub is on point. It is enormous, overflowing with delicious steak and lots of toppings. There was so much steak, it was spilling out of the sub onto my plate! My friend wanted lasagna, and that's what I ordered. The delivery driver was there to pick up and deliver my order, but when she found out they didn't have lasagna, she was unable to fulfill it. This is the reason for the decrease in star rating. As soon as the order came in, the restaurant should have contacted me to offer an alternative choice. I ended up ordering baked ziti on the fly, knowing that my order would take longer to prepare.
The gluten-free pizza ordered by another friend came out perfectly done, and with the toppings she wanted.
Although I have not eaten at this location yet and I'm not familiar with the ambiance, I plan to visit here soon. I recommend visiting or getting carry-out. The steak sub is a keeper, and the baked ziti looked good, was substantial and heavy, and contained a lot of cheese.“
