Great Coldstone in the area. Friendly staff, was patient to let us try multiple and choose. Founders favorite is the best of all we tried.
My taste buds are fried... I went to this poverty establishment, and I was EXTREMELY disappointed... I ordered a chocolate devotion, and it was BUNS. Portions were dook. BRING BACK MIKE'S HOT HONEY!!! The sweet cream doesn't make me cream. I think I heard a cat in the ceiling?! I saw a scooter in the back of the store; is that SANITARY?!?! I saved the worst part for last there was some type of ring object in my icecream! Go to the jessup location they are WAYYYY better lol!
Worst Customer Service. Extremely Rude
đđŚâ¨ The Ice Cream That Changed My Life â¨đŚđ
I walked into Cold Stone on a regular day expecting something good. But I was not prepared. I was not ready. This wasnât ice cream. This was a revelationâdivine, decadent, and unapologetically indulgent.
From the moment that first velvety spoonful of sweet cream touched my tongue, the heavens parted and a symphony of flavor flooded my senses. The mix-insâoh, the mix-insâwere swirled in with such precision it was like watching an artist compose a masterpiece on a frozen marble canvas. Fudge ribbons rich as molten gold, brownie bites that whispered sins of chocolatey bliss, and strawberries so fresh they mightâve just descended from Eden.
Every bite was a crescendo. A fireworks show of cold, creamy perfection. A texture so smooth it felt like silk spun by angels. Sweet, but never cloying. Rich, but never heavy. Balanced, harmonious, ethereal.
Iâve had ice cream on mountaintops, in hidden gelato nooks in Europe, from $10 cones in trend-chasing food trucks. But nothingânothingâhas ever compared to what Cold Stone gave me that day.
I didnât just eat dessert. I ascended.
11/10. Michelin stars should be reallocated.
Cold Stone, take a bow. You are the Rembrandt of frozen joy.
This is the worst Cold Stone weâve been to as far as the price and portions.
We ordered a kids cup with gummy bears and marshmallows. The scoop was small, and the lady put back some of the ice cream she initially scooped. She added exactly 5 gummy bears and about 5 marshmallows.
When I asked, the lady said that was the amount of toppings for kids cups. But the $1.29 fee for an additional mix-in is the same for all sizes, so at least one of the toppings could have been less skimpy. I mean a whole bag of marshmallows is on sale at Giant for $1.66 right now, so I guess next time weâll just buy and make our own.
The lady serving us was kind and sweet. Iâve just never seen someone skimp so much on the ingredients at the other locations in the area. The one in Savage off of Route 1 even offered coloring sheets for the kids to color then bring back to get a FREE ice cream next time.
The staff is very kind and accommodating! Not many chairs for bigger groups though
$10 for one scoop of ice cream the guy told me that toppings are not extra but charged me $2.5 for mixing fee.
Coffee crunch custom order cake was good
On 12/14 I walked into the store. There were no customers. Two young men were working in the store. They must have been working on online orders. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes waiting to be served and neither of them even looked up, acknowledged my presence, or said they would be with me shortly. So I asked one of them if they noticed me standing there as he finished an order and came to the display to start another order and he said âYes. We just have a lot to do. He will get you in a minute.â I stood there for another minute still not being addressed or served. Finally I walked out of the store and chose not to spend my money on such poor customer service. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND IN AN EMPTY STORE NO LESS!

There was a minor issue with my cake order but the manager, Mr. Jackson, was very prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. 5 stars for great customer service:)
Wrong timings on their website as well as google page. Drove all the way from Silver Spring on Sunday evening after checking online timings which says open till 11.00 pm. Reached there at 10.15 only to find it closed. Such a disappointment!
Great service ALWAYS!! Handsome fun guys too. Always some fun and laughter each time I order cakes from this Coldstone Creamery in Ellicott City!!
