I typically come here in the mornings before school or work and the ladies working morning shift are the sweetest! They’re always so friendly, remember my order, and if there is anything of my order I ask for to be corrected they are quick and happy to help. I prefer this location over any other, my drink it always made perfectly!

Best location I've visited on the East Coast! Always on point with the coffee, hot and steaming. Service is out of this world, they actually have my coffee ready almost as soon as I hit the register! And they're open as soon as 6:30 a.m.!!!! Phenominal! Highly recommend!!!

Messed up understanding what was ordered. 2 $5 deals should have a total of four wraps, which they refused to understand. Basic math seems to be a difficultly in this location. Made second order just to get through due to being on a time crunch.
Watched them mess up a second customers coffee order, who asked repeatedly for a refund. Skip this location and try another.

their matcha is not matcha it's basically just milk. light green color and they charge for more matcha so that it's actually the color for larger sizes

The am staff is very slow. The line moves very slow. The cashier are slow most days 3 out of 7. Coffee is very good and hot but today not the best 4 out of 10. They neew two cashier up front. The lottery line is close 60 percent of the time. Today the service was slow people walking out of the door
