Fries were great. Ordered the little burger. The burger meat was good, but left very greasy after affect. My disappointment was with the seriously cold bun, not toasted and wet, soggy bread as thought it had been sitting a while and when it an order was placed, they just slapped a hot burger on it. The wet soggy bread spoiled an otherwise good burger for me.

Best fries! Great burgers. Lots of choices for toppings. Always good. Good shakes. Love love love five guys. Service is good. Peanuts while you wait. I love they source their potatoes from local farms. Ample seating. Located in a shopping area so there is plenty of parking.

Greeted with nothing but happy hellos and smiles during a busy rush at dinner time. Lots of people in line but everything moved quickly. Efficient AND friendly!Food was great and of course we appreciated the seemingly endless bag of fries. Clean, good energy and everyone seemed happy to be there. Wonderfully staffed plus yummy food. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I wish it is little bit cheaper but it deserve what the price is too. The best burger is around. Fries could be better , still I will choose MacD fries but burgerwise MacD is 0 , FG is 10 out of 10

Hi there!I wanted to share an awesome experience that I had today at the store at 9210 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD. I came in for a quick to-go order on my lunch break and was met with awesome customer service from Dontae C. While I waited for my food, I had asked if you all had honey mustard, I was informed you did not (which was perfectly okay). I went back to the table I was at while waiting for my meal and took a phone call. Once my order was called, I was informed that the server hand-made me a small ramekin of honey mustard, from scratch!! I was not expecting that at all and just that small, kind gesture made my entire day. I am a nurse and bartend on the side so I know how stressful the restaurant industry can be, especially as a younger kid. This store's employee's were awesome!I will definitely make it a point to go back just because of this! :)

The food is always good!!! We usually eat in because my husband wants his hamburger hot, which it is! The place was crowded, but the music was rediculously loud. So everyone has to shout and you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you. Asked to have the music turned down, it was but not much. I'm usually so hungry and don't remember to take pictures!!!
