Always love our experience. Professional, long tenured wait staff that make dining a pleasure. Always consistent, great quality and terrific limited specials. This is our go to spot for weekly dining but also a special dinner celebration spot!
We went to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. They made us feel special. They gave us a complimentary dessert and champagne toast. Our server Nicole was phenomenal (6 stars). She explained the drink and food menu very well. Her food and drink suggestions were great. She was very attentive. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection. The Brussel sprouts are to die for and the grilled octopus appetizer was great. We will come back very soon :)
I will definitely be returning! Everything about this restaurant was spectacular, from the services to staff and the delicious lobster rolls.

A little loud but no worse than most places. Food was nicely flavored. Per 2 at the table the wagyu burger didn’t live up to the hype. Decent burger at burger prices, not for the wagyu price. We will go back, it was good but not in a rush
Great service and ambiance. The Chef's Pot, a seafood dish, was chock full of nice seafood, but was very bland. My wife's salmon was excellent. Desserts, Bread Pudding and Tiramisu were Outstanding. Although I was mildly disappointed in my entree, I definitely recommend this restaurant and will surely return.
First time experience and it was outstanding! From the hostess, to the server, bartender, meal, dessert, everything was amazing. Found a new favorite restaurant!

I have a new #1 favorite go-to restaurant in the Baltimore metro area and it is Grill 620. It's not close either.
On a recent rainy Tuesday night, there was not a seat to be had in the spacious dining room by 6:30 and this alone should say something. Despite formidable competition in the very same parking lot (Faci Pizza and Mad Chef are venerable eating establishments in their own right), Grill 620 separates itself from all known competition by applying a simple formula with bombproof expertise:
1. Completely wonderfully fresh and ingeniously prepared seafood entrees (the landlubber faire may be equally great but I do not objectively yet know this);
2. Impeccably perfect serving staff, always watching and available but never intrusive. Yes their job is to turn tables and maximize profit, but they do it so superbly that a customer does not feel like a cog in a big business machine. There is no rushing, no pushing and no upselling. Just quiet competence, raised to an art form.
3. Wow the customer at the margins. Our wow factor was decaf coffee, ordered as an afterthought. Petite personal french presses arrived on our table. A generous way to serve and fun too. It was all pretty cool.
I ordered the fresh hake over linguini, after the best bowl of Maryland Crab Soup I ever had anywhere. My dining partner had the red snapper with mushrooms. We both loved everything we ate, and we wanted to take the waitress home with us, to be our personal serving congerie at every future restaurant we might visit.
Now the bill for the two of us approached $150 but was worth every penny. No Grill 620 certainly is not in everyone's budget. But if expertly prepared upscale seafood is what you seek, you can only do worse than here. You cannot do better. Just cannot. Trust me.
Grille 620 is one of our favorites. We went for Mother's Day with a group of 10. We did make reservations for this outing. The staff are friendly and professional, from the host to the servers.
We enjoyed their brunch selections and the mom's got bottomless mimosas. The brie starter was delicious and not a crumb remained. The kids also enjoyed the donut holes. Their menu has a good variety of selections. We had omelette, pancakes, French toast, bacon, and coffee. We keep coming back to this place!
We celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary at Grille 620 tonight, and they made it truly special. Seth was our server, and he was absolutely fantastic—attentive, warm, and thoughtful. He even offered to take a few photos of us without us having to ask, which was such a sweet touch.
The restaurant treated us to a complimentary champagne toast and dessert, which made the evening feel even more celebratory. We sat outside on the patio, and it was just beautiful. The food was delicious, and everything from the service to the setting made the night so memorable.
We’d come back again in a heartbeat—for Seth, the exceptional food, and the lovely atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Grille 620 for making our first anniversary so special!

The food and service are consistently outstanding. On this visit, the lamb chops were not the delicious option they usually are. This was an anomaly. They are usually great. The manager noticed my daughter was not eating them and immediately offered a different entree. We were planning to take them home and season them at home. I am so grateful the manager noticed her not eating the lamb chops. This is the kind of service that sets Grill620 apart!! Thank you for the outstanding service from all employees!!
The service always seems to be top-notch. I ordered the 14 oz Ribeye for dinner. It was prepared to my temperature and it had a good flavor. I have had more tender in the past, but this one was ok.
My family and I have eaten at Grille 620 many time and have never had a bad experience. The food is always excellent, the staff knowledgeable and courteous and the atmosphere perfect. Grille 620 is an excellent local restaurant and well worth the visit.
We have been coming to Grille 620 for special occasions for years and have always been impressed, but this time service was not great. Our server was too busy to do the basics like offer us water, tell us about specials or even to remember to provide steak knives even through he knew 2 members of our party ordered steak. He rarely checked in with us and was rarely seen in the main dining room. We were disappointed as we had also advised at reservation that it was a birthday celebration, which never got picked up. Overall, for the first time, we were very disappointed.
