Really bad service. The staff didn't know what to bring out for the thinly sliced pork we ordered. They forgot the sauce, lettuce and never brought out the kimchi/bean sprouts for grilling. Worst Honey Pig I've been to. Save the aggravation and go to Virginia to eat Honey Pig.

The waitress Sarah with the long orange hair that’s suppose to be brown was rude for no reason. She would mumble under her breath making it difficult to hear. She would walk away as she was talking too as if we were beneath her. We had to keep waving down other waiters to get serviced because she wouldn’t even put in all our orders when asked. Since she didn’t originally leave tongs on our table, we had to wait for the waitress to flip the meat for us which she didn’t till the pork belly was burnt on one side. When she finally did come over to cook, she threw the scissors and tongs down loudly as she walked away afterwards. We were just treated so disrespectfully from the moment she came over to take our order. Then at the end of the dinner they tried charging us a 20% tip when their sign clearly states they will apply tip when there’s a party of 6 or more which we were not. Providing horrible customer service and then trying to give yourself a 20% tip?? Wild. And to top it all off, two of those in our party got food poisoning from this place. Their food is way too expensive for the amount and quality they give you. You’re better off eating out of the garbage. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This has been my best friend and I favorite place for a few years now. The food never disappoints, the atmosphere is busy yet relaxing at the same time.

Yum, Yum, Yum! Not a lot of Korean BBQ places nearby. But no need to worry... Honey Pig has come to the rescue! If you need a quick reminder of how good Korean food is, stop by. You won't regret it~!

We drove 40 minutes to eat here, arrived at 11:17 and were turned away. Young man said kitchen closed 7 minutes ago and they won’t seat us, even though their hours say they close at midnight, very disappointed.

This place was such a bad experience. The older slim lady that was our server had a very nasty attitude. She began to yell at us after we told her that we didn’t know what a certain type of food was and didn’t want it. We had to leave because of how bad this service was. If I could give no stars I would. We didn’t get to try the food so I’m not sure if it’s good.

I had a truly shocking experience. Please take note everyone!I went here for dinner with my wife because it had a good rating on Google.First of all, I ordered 2 servings of marbled brisket with watercress and nonnaeng, and as a submission order, I ordered seafood dolsot, ribs dolsot, and soft tofu.First of all, two servings of marbled beef came out quickly.1) First shock: There were only 4 side dishes. Other than that, there was no sauce or lettuce. So I asked for sauce and ate it.The cold noodles did not come out until two servings of marbled meat were served. The table in front of us arrived late and were served first. After waiting for a while, I spoke to another server and he said it would be coming soon. So I ordered one more serving of brisket. However, when I asked the server that the additional brisket I ordered was fully cooked, he said it would be available soon because the kitchen was overloaded. So I waited. It's been 40 minutes since we first came in and were served cold noodles. I was so angry. So, I canceled the additional order of marbled bak and naengmyeon (naengmyeon) and left after only counting what I ate and what I had ordered. So, I checked to see if there was a problem with the submission order. 2) Second shock: As expected, something was missing. They didn't provide me with food. What we ended up eating at the restaurant was 2 marbled beef, 4 side dishes, a bowl of rice, soybean paste stew, and steamed egg… .I don’t understand how this place has good reviews… …And the servers do a great job. I can just bring anyone in and order them to do it. They seem like people who have no intention of making any money. Servers' tips are important, but they do so haphazardly. Still, my aunt and the server who briefly looked after our table were friendly.Everyone be careful!

Honey Pig has several locations throughout VA, MD, and TX, and they're known to offer KBBQ, hot pot, and an attached karaoke/bar. We came here as a group for lunch and ordered: +Spicy Buckwheat Noodle (aka, bibim nengmyun) +Bulgogi (listed as #13) - marinated in the house's bulgogi sauce +Kalbi Beef Rib (listed as #12) - ribs marinated in the house's galbi sauce The meat quality wasn't all that great - there were lots of fat and cartilage, and the meats weren't that fresh. In addition, the galbi was apparently cooked in advanced in the kitchen and placed on the grill to 'warm it up', which was not what we wanted or expected. The bibim nengmyun was more on the sweeter side, and I thought the taste was just 'okay'; the hubs wasn't a fan. There were bottles of vinegar and hot mustard, but those didn't help at all. Service was totally whack - they were so inattentive, never checked in on our group, never provided any refills on the ban chans or the water/tea, and never checked in on the meats on the grill. Oh, and this server had the audacity to ask with a certain tone where her tip was, when the service charge was automatically added into the check - totally trying to get additional tip, which was so sneaky of her. I had to step in and had to sternly tell her to review the check that was provided to us, and her service wouldn't warrant one if we had a choice. Note that there are signs posted all over the restaurant that parties of 6+ would add an automatic service charge on all checks; obviously, their counting situation needs work. Probably one of the lower-ends of KBBQ places - avoid and save your $. +sneaky servers +doesn't adhere to their posted automatic service charge for groups of 6+ +non-existent service +poor quality meats

This place is awful. When we finished eating, we gave our credit card to the waitress and paid the bill, plus a decent tip. When we started to leave, someone from the back rushed out and started yelling at us, saying that we did not pay the bill. We showed her our receipt, she still rushed us to the counter. Then she checked her computer for quite a while, and of course, the record shows we did pay the bill. I have never seen any restaurant treat their customers like this. I’ll never go to this place again.

First I want to say I like honey pig. It's been a while since I've ventured there, but my order today, the food taste was still good. My issue is with the price paid for the amount received. In the past, when paying $20+, the container would be full. My order today, paying almost $30 per meat, only 1/2 the container had meat with the other half blocked off for the little sauce container. I think that is really an imbalance. I feel I got a lunch special for a dinner price. This was delivery and I think I'll go with in dining, if I frequent there again vs take out/delivery.
