It's all about the food: great choice, great broths.

Always a great time. Service is fast. You order the meat and individual soup base first then you can go to the bar to grab veggies and seafood. Everything is super fresh. There are also a few other things that can be ordered from the tablet like quail eggs and rice cakes.

Went with my brother, the Thai soup had a nice tomato flavor and subtle spice that was not overpowering. The fish and chicken soup was both tasty and hearty.

Love it here! You can tailor what you eat, I get plain water for my cooking but then a a bit of my husband’s cooking broth, less sodium. Then you choose your veggies and spices, then meats. We’ve never had a bad experience here. (Ice cream for dessert, self service) Definitely recommend

So many hot pot places in Ellicott city and Columbia area. We haven’t been to Hot n Roll for a few years ever since we noticed a decline during the Pandemic so we decided to give it a try again.

We were satisfied with their service and taste of the hot pot. The meat and vegetables bar was a little low in quantity which I didn’t quite understand but nonetheless, there was enough food to get whenever we went up to get more.

One note to take, their sauce bar was messy because customers like to get sauces all over the spoons. This is not the restaurants fault tho.

I would not mind coming back but I don’t have my other favorite hot pot places in the area.

I had a wonderful experience and was quick and simple to get the whole process going. This place definitely kept my appetite up!

I love this place. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, the service is fast, the employees are friendly. They give you so much meat. I feel so bad I can never finish what they give me.

Food is great especially if you know how to cook. I had a bit of trouble.

This was my first time at a Hot Pot restaurant and they didn't disappoint. The food was delicious. There was a wide variety of meat, veggies, seafood, sauces, etc to pick from the buffet. The service could have been better. They didn't check on our table as often. And when they did it wasn't right at our table. They refilled the water from behind our table which was odd. They couldn't reach the opposite side so my nephew had to refill his own glass. Unfortunately he spilled water all over the table. If only the waitress came directly to our table this wouldn't have happened. Other than that, everything was great. My brother treated me because it was my birthday, so I'm not sure about the cost. I'd definitely come back though.
