My partner and I keep coming back here on weekends... our count is around four times this month alone. The food is fresh, good, and proportionate, and they have a large selection of choices. The place is always clean, and the vibes really set the tone for our meals. The staff, as always, are very friendly and accommodating. Hot N Roll is 100% one of, if not the best, hot pot places in the DMV.

Always a great time. Service is fast. You order the meat and individual soup base first then you can go to the bar to grab veggies and seafood. Everything is super fresh. There are also a few other things that can be ordered from the tablet like quail eggs and rice cakes.
