This restaurant is attached to a gas station run by a Gujarati family. Pratik Patel and his entire family are involved from prep to serving. Best quality and fresh food will be served and it's an open kitchen you can walk around and see pretty clean. We had Masala dosa, theplas, dhokla and undhiyo

Jalsa Indian Cuisine is an amazing spot, especially for vegetarian food lovers. I tried their samosa chaat, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, with staff who were very friendly and kind. The restaurant has a cozy and warm atmosphere, even though it’s located inside a gas station, which makes it feel surprisingly welcoming. Overall, it’s one of the best places for vegetarian Indian cuisine I’ve visited, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for flavorful food and great service.

You don't see Gujarati food much. EC is fortunate to have this place. I recommend the patra if they have them.

I visited this place twice.
The first time, I ordered onion pakoda. But when I got home and opened it, I was confused—it looked more like onion bajji. Maybe that’s just how they prepare or name it here, but it wasn’t what I expected.
The second time, I ordered chapati. It was mentioned that they serve hot chapatis (though they are machine-made, they heat them before serving). However, when I got home and checked, the chapatis were extremely thin—probably the thinnest I’ve ever seen. I don't think so, machine will prepare a chapati so thin like that.
I also inquired about the paneer curry, and based on the quantity and the price, I felt it was overpriced, so I chose not to order it.
Overall, it seems like they’re not really focused on retaining customers—just my opinion.
I might still go there occasionally just for the chapati, since it's hard to find fresh chapati in this area. But they have to understand customer feelings.
