This restaurant is attached to a gas station run by a Gujarati family. Pratik Patel and his entire family are involved from prep to serving. Best quality and fresh food will be served and it's an open kitchen you can walk around and see pretty clean. We had Masala dosa, theplas, dhokla and undhiyo
Jalsa Indian Cuisine is an amazing spot, especially for vegetarian food lovers. I tried their samosa chaat, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, with staff who were very friendly and kind. The restaurant has a cozy and warm atmosphere, even though it’s located inside a gas station, which makes it feel surprisingly welcoming. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable about vegan options. Do not be discouraged because the restaurant is in the back of a convenience store. It’s separated, and the food is fantastic, unlike any other Indian food because it is Gujarati food. They have Indian Street food and are all vegetarian. Very expansive menu, and the owner said they are going to have tofu in the future. This restaurant is all vegetarian, and they even sell baked goods and spices. They need more business...
