Came here twice in the past week- both times my subs were nothing short of amazing! They aren’t skimpy, the customer service has been great and it’s clean inside. I’d come back just to interact with the staff!!

I guess I have mixed feelings about this review. I walked in expecting to see Patrick (the one with the curly hair) but I learned he recently left. He is just amazing! He is so personable, and provides great customer service. Aside from the Customer Service he makes amazing subs. I was very saddened to learn that he left because they have lost an amazing employee.

I always go here during my lunch breaks, and they're always quick with their service, while not getting anything wrong.

I didn't get the man's name, but he helped me around 4:30 on 11/18. He was really helpful, and saw I was in a bit of a rush to get back to work from break, and put my food in a bag for me while I went to get a drink. I got in and out quickly, and had a good meal before getting off my break.

Never had a bad experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for the foreseeable future.

*follow up* - the owner reached out to me within 24 hours of my review via multiple channels and they made it right. Have to give credit where it is due - they owned the errors and seem committed to repairing the damage. Bad original experience but translated into a positive outcome with good customer service. My original review below:

Our large youth development nonprofit placed a staff lunch order online more than 24 hours in advance. When we arrived to pick up the order had not even been started. The manager acted like a toddler, yelling and screaming at the poor employees about how nobody had told him about the order, but it had been placed the day before. One single employee was put to work on the order while the rest of the staff did other things - in the end the order was an hour and a half late! Even then, it was incomplete and we had to go back to the store a second time to get everything. The manager refused to talk with our staff and would not offer any remedy or even an apology. Horrible experience! Beware of this location!

I never write reviews but I felt the need to after my last 3 visits here in the past few months. First thing I want to mention is the customer service is crazy good especially for a sandwich shop. Everyone always says hello and even asks about my day as I’m ordering my food. I don’t know his name but especially whoever is always there cutting the meats/cheese… he’s great and seems to be the one training the newer staff. Super polite and you can tell he likes his job. Deserves a raise for sure. On top of the customer service, the sandwiches are always great. I get the club sub mikes way and it never disappoints. The only thing I will say is if you get it “Mike’s way” and don’t like A LOT of oil&vinegar, say “light”. I say light every time and it’s the perfect amount without making my bread soggy after eating it on the drive home. I spend around $10-12 everytime I’m here and I think it’s well worth it! I’ll continue to come to this location :). Keep up the great work!

Great staff, excellent customer service and teamwork, and a delicious fresh sub! This location is definitely doing something right for sure. Thanks to the Baltimore Pike Jersey Mike's for making a quick dinner option so, so super easy!

Forgot to ask for pickles and peppers for my order, when requested at the counter - No problem at all! We ordered a giant original Italian, Mike's Way and it didn't disappoint. Doesn't get any fresher than this!

The only downfall is they were out of bread options other than white but it for sure won't change my five star rating! It's the fantastic and speedy customer service and excellent quality that will keep us coming back. High fives all around for this steller Jersey Mike's team!!!! ??????

Update 9/01/2024: This location is still knocking it out of the park with consistently quick service, friendly staff, and fresh ingredients. We love this JM location!!!

I asked for a chicken cheese steak with light chicken. The lady asked “what do u mean light chicken” and I’m like “like less chicken than you normally put. 75% the normal amount of chicken.” And she’s like “we can’t do that” and I’m like “what do you mean u can’t put less chicken” and she said “it comes in a patty” and I’m like “a patty? For a chicken cheesesteak?” And she’s like “well not a patty it’s just already packaged.” And I’m like “you can’t just do less of the package?” Nope. Finally I just said “ok make it as it comes I’ll pick off the chicken.” Like what? I wasn’t asking to pay less, I just don’t want chicken overflowing from my sub and I am willing to pay full price for less of the most expensive part of the sub? Since when was Jersey mikes using prepackaged chicken anyway? Throw part of the package in the trash? Like it’s gonna end up in the trash regardless but now I have to pick it out and lose half my other ingredients and get my fingers covered in melted cheese. Brain dead. Very annoying she struggled to understand an extremely simple task.
