I thought at Jimmy John the service is crazy fast. I experienced it myself at Snowden River Parkway, Columbia. But not this location.I ordered my sandwich online & had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Had I didn't ask for it no one is calling my name nor put my sandwich at the pick up shelf...what the heck?? I even late for my 2PM appointment because of it. There were only 1 black dude making the sandwich and 1 more in cashier taking order....how can 1 dude prepares orders lighting fast???? Hire more people or close the store for God sake man!

I am on a very particular diet at the moment for health reasons and called to see if they had gluten free bread. They did! The associate informed me it would be a small up charge but that was just fine with me. Regretfully, I didn’t get his name, but he was so sweet and remembered me when I came in to order. I was also asked if I had any additional allergies. Lovely bunch and I’m so happy to have options!

I've only recently tried this place, and wow...is it delicious. I've tried about 4-5 subs, and they were all great and at a decent price.The people are always awesome and go way above to provide great service. I had to wait a little bit for my sandwich, and everyone kept checking in on me and tried offering a drink or chips to compensate; which was totally unnecessary because it was not a long wait at all.A++

SAD! What the Heeeelll has happened to this place. Had bad service in summer-said ok stay out for a bitMove forward to October 2023 this is the 4th trip in and STILLLcan't get a Cheese steak salad bowl correct-So I stood guard and especially asked the worker to write down my order-TATE brought my bowl to register and again it was steak and cheese in a container with nothing else. AND IM ASKED "WHY THE ATTITUDE" because this stores employees are to busy on their phone and talking to their co-workers about non-related work stuff, and questioning the customer! It was a great store during the first few monthsMr Owner you need to do some SEVERE training- People work hard for there money and want there product RIGHT SMH

The subs are ALWAYS Fabulous!!The SERVICE however WAS NOT!The young man that took my order didn't take it correctly, then said that I had not given him the correct order. To start, I would NEVER not ask for GF bread, because I'm allergic to gluten. So me not ordering it correctly goes out the window. Also, my children were with me and heard me say "Giant Gluten Free #7". After I had to wait an additional 12 minutes for them to correct my sub, knowing that it's an allergy, the young lady prepping my sub uses the regular mayo spatula, rather than the designated allergy spatula. Then I hear the young man that took my order start talking about me to the on shift supervisor.Clearly there is a training error at this location. I didn't have time to discuss with them how unprofessional they were acting or correct them on proper allergy food handling, because they had already made me extremely late for my meeting.Dietary restrictions: If you have severe allergy to gluten, do not go to this location! They do not follow proper allergy food handling protocols.

I ordered online and walked in to pick my food up and there was zero recognition from employees. All of the online orders were placed on a tray without any indication they were ready. The tickets with the order info wee intentionally faced away from the customers. I spent an extra ten minutes waiting for something that was already made. The employee informed me that the do that because "door dash drivers steal food". Not sure this is an acceptable solution to that problem. The food is good but the lazy service will make me hesitant to return to this location.

We are so happy Jersey Mikes is in Ellicott City. Its a busy store but we order online and pick up our order, usually 15 minutes. The subs are delicious and my only complaint is Pepsi products. Love the Rosemary Parm sub roll on the #9 Club Supreme!
