Ordered two boxes of Italian and turkey subs. So disappointed in amount of meat. One slice of turkey. It was basically just bread.
Won’t be back.

Cashier was not friendly, did not even greet us when we entered. You should treat customers respectfully, instead of making them feel like an inconvenience. Sun, 1/11/26 11:00am.

I was in the area and wanted to order a quick meal about an hour before this location was due to close. I ordered a sandwich that comes standard with mayo. This is the very first Jimmy John's location of ever ordered from that placed mayonnaise packets separate from the food preparation. Why is this? Shouldn't the mayo have been prepared already on the sandwich? This was just very odd. Otherwise good customer service.

ordered online and waited over an hour. i had to call them 4 times just for the girl(stephanie) to pick up and say they don’t have a driver and i was never notified until she told me after i repeatedly called them. this is the second time this has happened. not coming here again

Unfortunately my Husband , son and I had loose tummies afterwards. Specially my husband who mentioned that he had breakfast at the house and the sandwich at lunch time. Later in the day we all had loose stools. I got a tuna sandwich and they both had the same type of beach sub.

Waited 20 min for a 3-sandwich order when the place was empty. And they kept getting my simple order wrong. First time i went there a few years back it was shockingly fast, but now the service is outrageously bad. Never again.

A hello, smile, and have a nice day goes a long way. I was met with none of those. Person ringing me up never spoke a word. Sandwich was made wrong. Lack of eye contact or acknowledgement when brought to their attention. Didn't know what Jimmy it up was. Would not recommend and most likely will not be back. One of the worse ordering food experiences, was very uncomfortable.

For the amount of money jimmy johns charges for a small sub it should have more meat on it! And the rewards suck all they ever give out is free chips
