I visited to karaoke with my friends last Sunday, the karaoke and food there isn't bad. The person who served our food was very kind, but overall, the places are old and

Pocha with the atmosphere of an old neighborhood pub. Most of the food is average and edible. The price is not cheap. The person working is friendly.

I am a regular customer here, but I am very honest and give honest reviews. The food here is good, and even excellent depending on what you order. They also have 3 karaoke rooms in which I usually do and eat my dinner ?The prices I think for the food are a bit steep, but if split between 2 or more people it is reasonable. You also get a lot of food and I usually have enough for a couple of meals. I think this is a wonderful place to go and have some drinks and food with friends!

My friends and I had a really great time. We went for Karaoke and drinks and we were not disappointed. Our server May had nice recommendations for drinks and the food was delicious. The Ramen is a must try! I can’t wait to go back.

We celebrated my birthday at nrb Kpocha. We rented a private room and had an absolute blast singing our hearts out. The food and service were excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Number 1 chicken in MD! Amazing quality and atmosphere

Food was good except for the stir fried squid. It was harder than the soles of my shoes. If you push down on it, there's zero give. That's how overcooked it was. I asked to replace it with something else, but was told no. I had to pay $25+tax for food I didn't eat.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. No booster or high chairs. No cups with covers.

Our family has been here several times and the food has been top quality. Fried chicken fresh crispy and delicious. Banchan, always fresh and marinated well. Highly recommend. Starting to make this a regular rotation for us.

Excellent korean pub. Good soju selection and the jigae is amazing. Karaoke rooms are smaller but fairly priced

I was there with my husband. The food was great. But once I asked for a check and boxes to-go no one helped me pack up my food. While I was packaging my food my husband signed the bill without tipping them BECAUSE I told him I would tip them in cash. This lady snapped up the check and turned back immediately to tell us we didnt tip. This happened even though I wasn't done packaging our food. To make matters worse, no one even asked us to refill our water or asked us if we need anything during our meal. But she didnt waste any time turning around in less than 5 seconds to ask for tip. Afterwards I still tipped them but I would never come back.

Great food, great service and a wide variety of korean alcohols. Our chicken was crispy, drinks were cold and ambiance was what you'd expect for a korean pocha. I would recommend this place for a korean style night out.

My 1st karaoke experience with the family was interesting. No real instructions on how to work there machine in private room. We had to go to the center over 5 times(waste) and a slight language barrier didn't help. The food was ok and there song list was limited...atleast the English versions.

Very disappointed.I’ve ordered couple things from here. The (whole) fried chicken is $24.95.Come with 3 flavor options. (Sweet and Spicy, Sweet Garlic Soy, and Spicy Garlic Soy) The breading is crispy and hot, but the chicken was dry and old. (Except the wing and the leg portion.)Fried boneless chicken is between $16.95 and $19.95. Come with 5 flavor options. (Original, Sweet and Spicy, Sweet Garlic Soy, Spicy Garlic Soy, Green Onion Mix, and Spicy Honey.) Similarly, the breading and flavor were great, but the boneless chicken is just very dry, probably similar to Wings Stop. Maybe marinating it would taste differently. Also, customer service was bad, it seems like that they treat Korean customer better.Well, Bon Chon quality control have declined dramatically recently, this place definitely won’t fulfill my chicken cravings. Keep looking. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Went here late night around 10 with my family. No one greets you at the door so I went to an employee I saw she stated the wait was an hour. I said okay and she stated that they don't do take out.We sat and waited for over 30 min when a man enters and speaks to her. They both are looking at me and my family and the woman comes in after there convo about 5 min. Later and she says they have no chicken left. When I leave the man is outside with a group of people and they go in.Sucks I will never eat here. That was just rude. She could have lied and said he has been on the wait.
