I visited Kim Bob Na Ra about a year ago and had a pretty uncomfortable experience. The service was minimal; the server barely checked in on my table and even charged my card incorrectly. What really left a bad taste, though, was when she questioned me loudly in front of others about not leaving a tip. I had been polite and said the service was fine, but she kept pushing, saying tipping was customary and pointing out the suggested percentage. I was embarrassed and felt pressured. After I explained that I sometimes tip and sometimes don’t, she became noticeably rude. I haven’t gone back since and don’t plan to.

Love this place so much, we go about once a week. I do wish they were open a bit later because it can be a time crunch to make it there after work, but I get it. The food is flawless, I haven't ordered anything that wasn't delicious.

I got veggie, kimchi, and tuna kimbap for a get-together. They were a hit, and everyone commented on how fresh it was. The tuna was the crowd favorite and also mine. I also tried the kimchi jjigae. It was a little salty for me but still tasty. Will definitely be back for kimbap!

Stopped on a whim one Saturday afternoon. Seen the good reviews and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We had the bulgogi and spicy pork, sushi roll and kimchi. The Kimchi was very good and flavorful. The spicy pork was the best we ever had, and the bulgogi was basic but good. Will definitely be going back.

Kimbab was super fresh and flavorful, and the price was totally fair. Already planning our next visit!

I love their kimbabs—especially the tuna, salad, and nude kimbabs. Always fresh and flavorful! I recently tried their bibim cold noodles, and they were excellent. The portion sizes are very generous, and everything I’ve had so far has been delicious.

Their service is great too. They use a remote pager that alerts you when your food is ready, which is super convenient—I often wait in my car until it rings. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying Korean meal!

Literally the place we order take out from most. It's my wife's favorite take out I think. Their Kimbap is always on point for meal anytime of the day, and everything else we've ordered there in the past has been delicious.

Unfriendly staff and food that tastes like frozen convenience store kimbap absolutely the worst.

4 stars for food but 2 stars for hours. If you're going to close at 6:30 pm every night then you probably shouldn't stay open for dinner service. Closed on Tuesday and open for 8.5 hours a day from 10 pm to 630 pm, either stay open until 8 pm like an average dinner restaurant or only open for lunch if you want to close early.

I went there yesterday. Everything was perfect.
