if you haven't been to kokee tea you are missing out! i had never heard of a croffle before but omg they might be some of my new favorite sweets?! soooo good! especially the oreo one. the workers are so sweet too. it's a very vibey shop!

Found this spot randomly through yelp after eating dinner nearby. Wanted a sweet treat after and decided to give this spot a try since they closed later and EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. They make the croffles (croissant + waffle) are made to order and were warm and amazing, the cream isn’t too sweet and they have many options. The classic thai honey boba drink and honey milk tea also were really good. The vibe of the place is really good and the staff is friendly and quick as well. We’ll definitely be coming back and glad we found this little gem.

Friendly staff & love their strawberry croffle!

My husband and I have tried boba from different outfits, but Kokee Tea takes the cake!! We love the Oreo C&C Brown Sugar w/boba and the Brown Sugar Dalgonatte w/boba. Their service at this location is always friendly and super fast! Omigosh and the kawaii merch fills my heart😍🤩

I’ve tried the Thai milk tea and Coffee milk tea and both are fantastic. Service is quick and they have super cute stationary as well.

Boba was good, but the collectible figurines they sell (Smiski, Sonny Angel…) are fake. I purchased a few Smiskis and they are cheap replicas.

Greedy people and poor customer service. It's called bubble tea yet they charge you an extra $0.75 for the boba on top of $6 for a drink with 2/3 of it ice. They don't even ask you how much ice to add. They just dump it. You take a couple of sips and it's just water. What level of greed is that?! As if their profit margin is low or something. They are basically selling water for $7 a cup! I will never go back there again. Just disgusting!

Wonderful staff and adorable toys!! They have Lafufus right now and I’m obsessed. Also the Thai milk tea is so good!

Cute bubble tea shop in Ellicott City. They have a wall of plushies, keychains, water bottles, etc that are all super adorable! We’ve stopped in before in the past and really enjoyed the bubble tea. Their menu is on the smaller side but they offer a lot of appealing drinks that I would love to return and try. Definitely recommend stopping by for a sip!
