I had the match red bean slush and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Unlike some other establishments, they use actual red beans and not red bean powder. They also offer varying levels of sugar so you can customize your sweetness. Nice art and great staff. A notch above the numerous competitors in this crowded genre.

Asked an employee to double check allergies for dairy and soy in a drink. They seemed unsure so they went to read the label. They confirmed the drink did not have dairy or soy.It 100% had something cause I’m incredibly sick now. Please train ur employees better so they know allergies and ingredients in the food.

The food was made fresh I saw the guy bartering and frying it and then running to make our tasty drinks . Love that you can upgrade a combo to get a slush . The chicken was seasoned and delicious . The Fries were good but nothing to rave about . The staff member who helped me did everything from taking my order to making the food and drinks and did all with a smile on his face and so friendly and nice . While I wish he had help I did come about 45 minutes before closing so that’s probably why . I will definitely be back .

We ordered 6 drinks from KF app, on 4/7, after 2 hours still no drinks so we called like 20 times until someone finally picked up the phone and told us they couldn’t find a driver so suggested us to cancel the order. But there is no option to cancel so they said they will refund the amount $51.90 but they never did, we called again to remind them to refund and 10 days later, nothing! I end up have to dispute through my banking and my bank told me they never did anything. What a scammer place and will never order from here again.

Usually is reliable. But last two visits, either 1) The person could not take the order down correctly after several attempts or 2) The tea didn't have what we ordered (ordered boba and jelly, but no boba). Hopefully it'll be better next time.
