I love lotte market. It's food at the food court is amazing, the groceries are fresh, and the small toy shop is the cutest ever!

Selection is fine and fresh but the 5☆ is for its food court and hobby store Lilthingamajigs. Manna, a vendor in the food court, is home to the best korean food in the county, perhaps even state. Price is reasonable, food is fresh, and you get huuuge portions.

Really dirty and run-down. Can't navigate the aisles because they're full of stacked boxes everywhere.Toddler and I got hungry so we went to the food court, waited in a short line. I walked up to the counter and pulled out my credit card to order some 해장국, and the Korean person (I'm making an assumption because they spoke Korean) behind me stepped up next to me and just started ordering, restaurant cashier acted like I wasn't even there. 버릇 없어요! After that and how dirty it was in there, we just parked the shopping cart and left.H-Mart is bigger, cleaner, and right across the street. I'll be going there instead.

Well stocked, fresh vegetables, fruit, meats and fish. Not well labeled for the non-Asian shopper. Great if you know what you are looking for, it at l east can recognize it. Food court has good, reasonably priced meals.

I got 2 qhite coconut from Ellicott city , MD, lotte plaza and my black dress is stained with whitish paint from the outer shell. I washed the coconut, the water turned into milky white substance ☹. Scared to use, the water i washed turned into some oily ,sticky thing. The shell was only brown color.

Great market that offers all of Asia's favorite food products. Clean and good customer organizational flow throughout market. Although some thoroughfares are a little tight.Try to keep social distance. Happy with the price points too!

Staff kinda rude

The people that run this store are not honest. I bought dates and the sign said 5.99 per pound. I didn't realize it but they charged me 21.99 for just over 2 lbs. obviously a mistake. After calling customer service the attendant said come in and we will take care of it for you. Once I came back they did a "bait and switch" on the price and promptly told me that the price was correct at the double rate. Then of course the customer service attendant denied she talked to me at all. Hence I will never return so for approximately 10.00 this placed has lost a loyal customer. In today's Information Age why would anyone treat a customer this way. Sad to say whomever is responsible for this practice really can't see the "forest through the trees". With H-mart just across the street they really have there priorities backwards. Good luck to all of you.
