Awful awful awful. Half the time everything is broken and they cant fufil an order on a busy sunday morning. The other half they forget items and I have to fight to get a refund or a replacement. Most of the food taste old or stale compared to others, this place is a waste of money and time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!

No handicap push buttons to enter restaurant for easy access. Floors were all wet and or greasy/slippery. Restaurant temperature was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Associate at the register displayed very poor customer service skills. I will say...the food was cooked very well. Thank you.

They closed the lobby 8 minutes before the posted time. So if you are walking over to get food, you are out of luck. Why post a closing time for the lobby and then close it early?

I know not to expect much but this is the most incompetent McDonalds in DMV. The person taking drive through orders is always rude to the point I leave the line if she’s working.
Staff at this location needs to be retrained. They were just talking and not helping people to get mobile orders.

I thought that with the $5 meal deal this location had finally gotten its act together but charging for those tiny packs of ketchup is just ridiculous. I looked at my receipt and $0.15 added for 2 packs of ketchup. Not going back.
