Not sure why the hate this is my local home mcDs. Food is consistent and always give what I ask for - and swap happy meal toys for me when I ask for my kid.

Most bitter French fries of all fast food restaurants due to their extreme reuse of frying oil. Often drive through people taking the order don't understand what we are saying.

Has the paper straws and paper cups that fall apart when you are trying to use them I'd honestly eat anywhere else next time because of the paper stuff oh and they have these green lids for cups I guess they are recycled lids to but the are to thin and don't stay on the cups foods great fresh and hot though 😉

I walked in because my phone glitched and I was picking up a large order for a group at my house. I was immediately greeted by three people at the front counter who were extremely busy (and still took the time to smile and acknowledge me). Those team members knew what order I was talking about immediately and a woman who was helping specifically ensured I got all of my food and was patient and smiling. At the end of me getting everything, I heard her tell everyone she was leaving for the night..meaning she stayed past her clock out time to ensure my order was completed (also unknowingly ensuring no meltdowns from my children). When I asked for her name, she told me it was Deena (sp?). Everyone that was working tonight was absolutely awesome, especially her!

Attitude of the lady giving tha at the drive thru is nasty and lazy

This is my first time at this Mc Donald’s, and it was a pretty good fast food restaurant.

Food—pretty good, and I would recommend the new limited S’mores McFlurry, and Mc crispy strips.
Service—the food arrived pretty quick, and our waitress was nice.
Atmosphere—a little loud, and I kinda have to speak loud for other people to hear.

Overall, nice McDonald’s and I would recommend it to people that would like to have a quick but good meal.

I hate to be that guy but I’m now sitting at their stop sign 4:27 in the morning hungry af, idk where else to go and they’re claiming their whole system “is down right now” via the guy at the drive thru comms. Again I’m hungry af, dk where else to go, and it just sounds like an excuse to me. I’m posting this while also looking for somewhere that is open and hopefully doesnt have a “system that’s down”.

Worst customer service I ever experienced at this location. I ordered strawberry shake. There was no whipped cream on it. I ought to make chicken mcdough, on the small fries, everything came up to $16
