Micky’s Soju House

Good place for a casual dinner and drinks. It’s a chill spot, nothing fancy—spacious enough and they have a full bar. Food was good—enjoyed the Dried Filefish, Seafood Spicy Tofu Soup and the Pork Cutlet! My friends liked the Boiled Pork Belly and Spicy Stir-Fried Squid as well. Drinks wise, we got the Somaek Tower—comes with a beer tower of your choice of beer, and a bottle of Soju. And service was great!

I organized a hangout with some friends. Sammy took great care of us and was so kind! The rest of the staff were very kind and professional. The atmosphere was very inviting and very spacious. The food was great, and the karaoke room fit us all comfortably.

Love the food and mocktails, it’s one of my favorite pochas to go to near me. Staff is nice but sometimes not very welcoming. But still overall good. I especially love their bossam and peach lychee mocktail, I think it’s called poppin howie.

Never EVER will I again come too this establishment, Not only was it UNorganized but the Staff was very UNprofessional also the discrimination and racism that we had to deal with as a Black American and as a White American as myself. It was totally disgraceful and disgusting, I don't know how many times we had to call somebody over too the table too take our order or ask for refills. Each person that came over was so very rude, this shouldn't have happened it was my friends BIRTHDAY and it was ruined buy the unnecessary distasteful etiquette of the Employees and Mickey's Soju House. Event was on May 31st and Party occurred at 8:30pm. And we couldn't even do Karaoke even though the RESERVATION that was put in by my Friends Mom was STATED we are doing dinner THEN Karaoke. The big group that came in AFTER us went and got 2 rooms (who were Asian American I might add) And treated so much better. We waited for over an hour and got no rooms. Also I didn't know it took 45 minutes for a Hanger Ramen to come which wasn't all that great.

Me and My Friends were really upset over the treatment we received at Mickey’s Soju House The waiter was not the friendliest and he seemed more energetic and nicer to the other table who weren’t Black American and White American which we all were. The other table that he seemed more comfortable with was Asian American. On top of all of that One is my friends had to wait 45 mins for her food which was the Hangover Ramen and there was a Hour wait for karaoke, when a room became available the group that was attended to more then us went in before us even though we got there before them. Does that sound fair? ..also no one told us that we could eat in the karaoke room smh! My friend went to speak with a manager and he told her that there are other karaoke spots that we can go to as if we can’t use the rooms, we never gave the impression that we’re impatient or don’t wanna wait.Btw we made reservations for our table and for Karaoke. This was suppose to be a joyful time for my birthday but it was definitely ruin. I highly don’t recommend going there at all.

So I called trying to book a karaoke spot for a large party last minute and while they weren’t able to accommodate us, the guy on the phone was so kind to give me some other recommendations along with a brief rundown of each place. It was above and beyond and we found a spot because of it. Service like that shouldn’t go unnoticed so I off that I would recommend

Completely and absolutely unfriendly for vegans and vegetarians. No substitutions or modifications will be done for vegetarians - example: there's no way to replace beef broth in ramen or other dishes ( like a TOFU stew!) For veggie broth.

We love coming here for the karaoke rooms. They have always had one available for us no matter what time we come and plenty of songs to choose from. The servers are friendly and recognize us when we come. The drinks are great- we would love to see the menu expanded with more vegan options!

Everything here is amazing! The menu has a lot of good food choices. The vibes are super chill here too. There is couch areas with tvs you can sit at. Theres also karaoke rooms! There is a lot of song options too. The best part is the service! My favorite is Gina, she makes the best drinks and her service is great! You can always depend on her, love this place.

Kenny Sammy and Hahbin are the absolute best! I’m always welcomed with amazing service. I highly recommend the kimchi fried rice and the soy garlic chicken. Always a great time here :-)

We did karaoke!! My one gripe about that is they did not have nearly enough new songs. There wasn't even any Hamilton lol. But the food was good, service was good, loved the feel and vibe of the place. Cute forg in the front. Would return!

Service is unbelievably slow and disappointing. The restaurant was basically empty and it took about 30 mins just to get the appetizer. Soup quality and meat was not good at all, I had no desire to finish it. For a kimchi soup, it tasted literally nothing like kimchi. After seeing the reviews I was expecting a decent experience but was by far the worst Korean spot I’ve been too in the city. The waiter was at least nice but wish the food was reflected better.

If you’re craving Korean food, you’re better off going to any other surrounding restaurant.

i said in a previous review that i have issues cuz i stay ordering this every other day. and ill repeat myself, ill do it again. this dish is fire it makes me go FERAL i want to live and breathe this Beef Brisket With Green Onion. shoutout server sammy!!! mannn this place has me on a chokehold i threw my new years resolutions of ordering less delivery out the window. i said pce out as did my pride and dignity. **the dumplings are also scrumptious u gotta get them.
