This is the first Nelly Fresh I’ve ever been to and it was clean the food is fresh and covered the establishment itself is top tier. I was here the other day and was like I’m not paying $15 for a salad but when I came thru today I paid it because it’s clean the food sitting out is fresh and wrapped up even tho the business is open so today and every day after I will pay $15 for my salad as long as Kevin makes sure this is the freshest cleanest Nelly Fresh in the Baltimore Howard PG County and DC area! Food was good. It was our first time! Mine seemed a little plain, I got the fiesta bowl and I am open to trying something else. Service from Kevin was amazing. He was the only one back there behind with no help. Meanwhile, it was lunch time and 4-5 people in line. We came on break so it took our whole break and more to make the trip out there and come back. In all honestly, I’m doing this review for Kevin’s service only because everything else was mediocre.

I have been here three times this week, the food has not disappointed and the service was great two times. Today, on a Friday afternoon, the service was extremely poor. The person working seemed busy packing an order or two, while not paying attention to me he asked me what I wanted. I was unable to tell if he was paying attention to my order or just working on the others. I had already told him I didn't mind waiting, he started making my salad but took some breaks to continue on the others. I ordered an additional two items after I saw him stop for a moment. By the end of the order he raised his voice and asked if I wanted anything else because it was hard for him to keep stopping to add things to my order. Earlier this week, an employee packed a lunch for 20 people and still kindly managed to make me what I wanted. I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way especially after I have brought my business here so many times. I thought I found a new local spot, but I don't really feel like I would go back here due to how the service was today.

Kevin was behind the counter and made a wonderful salad for me with the ingredients I chose. He was patient, exacting and ensured he made my salad exactly the way I wanted it. But more than that, he was engaging, funny and put love into my salad. He obviously loves what he does and he made my stop for lunch a delight!

Beware!One of the employees who I won't say anything regarding a description of (for obvious reasons), only that he works the evening/closing shift is actively scamming customers.Basically no matter what meat you oder he marks it as "roast beef" which is $1 more expensive than the other options.I found this out because I happened by when another employee was working and ordered the same salad which was "magically" ~$5 cheaper, wowWould not recommend if this is the kind of behavior the company is allowing, it's a violation of trust between the patron and the business.Real shame since I was looking forward to a healthy lunch option.

The food is really good and service was great! You get really good quality ingredients for the price. Our bowls were filled to the top and very heavy! Will definitely get food here again! Was impressed! Not a lot of good salad places around and thia definitely hit the spot.
First time to here and I'm very impressed! I wasn't sure what to expect but the gentleman behind the counter was very polite and very patient! I got my husband a salad and I got a wrap. Lots of choices, they fix and mix in front of you!I remembered to take pictures of my wrap with brown rice and his salad with roasted chicken!Vegetarian options: It's a salad bar, a ton of vegetarian options!!

Tried this place for the first time this past week, and I was extremely impressed. Not only was the food very high quality and delicious for the price, but the service was outstanding. A young gentleman named Cooper helped me and was so polite and helpful and patient with me. Will 100% be returning. Highly recommend. 5 stars all around.

Nothing special. Really overpriced salad. The roasted chicken was super white, with a lot of fat. Its not bad at all, and everything tasted fresh, but not for 13 bucks.
