Papa Johns Pizza

Although the service was superb, I couldn't bring myself to eat the pizza today. So, in return, I wasted money. After placing my order, I was expecting the clerk to wash her hands before prepping the food. No! This didn't happen. No gloves either. Handling money handling the phone and dragging her hands across the counter. Also, touching money and other paperwork. No water was used in between any of those transactions. Unfortunately, I was grossed out and threw the pizza out. I'll never go to the johns again.

i told the lovely gentleman who delivered our order that i would leave a good rating, but i ordered through the app without an account, so i couldn’t find a way to do so! we got the cheese sticks with pizza dipping sauce— i ordered extra and they gave us a few more extra <3 i love you guys, thank you!!! gave us soo many extra packets too!

My pizza barely had cheese on it and looked and tasted old.

So I ordered a $40 order that never came. <granted someone may have stole it, ok> but when I called to speak to a “manager” and his name is CHRIS. he didn’t do anything to render the situation better! Instead I was met with an attitude. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt so I re-ordered and when I received my second order.. this is what I was GIVEN. Just know? NEVER AGAIN, thank you!

Really slow. Maybe understaffed?

Only had delivery since moving to the area. It’s been very fast. Papa John’s overall has great ingredients, I worked there for 8 years and still like the food.

However, this branch does not seem to care much about their final product. Every order has had at least one very incorrect or lackluster item.

I don’t even think Little Caesar’s would call this an Extra Cheese pizza. $20 for a 1-topping pizza is worth it to me, if I actually get the 1 topping.

When you decide to order out to feed the family, there’s not time for a reorder or refund. Time most of all is what we pay the premium for. They do get that right. Second to that is a decent, as-ordered meal. Get that right as well please.

Good so far!

I went to pick up my order and the entire store was empty. Not a single employee was anywhere for 15 minutes. Eventually a gentleman came out of the back office after I had to walk behind the counter and knock on the door. On top of that EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY GOT FOOD POSIONING FROM THE PIZZA. NEVER EATING AT PAPA JOHNS

Worse pizza experience I ever had with papa John. I will never do business with papa John again. I spent $ 35 dollars for a pizza that was not cooked and everything was falling in the box. I couldn’t pick up one slice of pizza. When I called the manager told me that it happens and I should have let them know about getting the pizza well done. I will never spent a dime at any papa John locations again. I wish I could give 0 star to this location and this brand. It’s a highway robbery at papa Johns
