Papa Johns Pizza

I am a Muslim customer who placed an online order and politely asked the manager on duty if clean toppings could be used to avoid cross-contamination with pork products. This is a very common and reasonable request that many Muslim families make, and it is something I personally accommodate for customers at my own workplace in the food industry.

The manager responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating, “No, I’m not doing that for you because I don’t feel like it and I don’t need to.” His tone and attitude were disrespectful and unprofessional.

This was not a complicated request — only a request for clean utensils and toppings. Instead, I was treated with hostility and disregard.

I hope Papa John’s takes customer service and cultural sensitivity seriously. I am requesting that this issue be addressed with store management so that no other customer is treated this way.

Ordered for delivery. They passed the delivery off to DoorDash. The DoorDash driver picked up our order, then went to another restaurant to wait for somebody else’s order. They then dropped off the other person‘s order then our order. Our pizza is cold, not warm, cold. There are options that you’re given through DoorDash for immediate delivery or not. The fact that you think it’s OK to deliver cold pizza is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza was good, but was cold upon delivery. This store may want to rethink using Door Dash to keep delivery quality more within their control.

I haven’t had Papa John’s in 10 or more years. I drove here and placed an order in person. Great customer service. Food took less than 15 minutes. When I got home everything was hot and tasty. No complaints at all. Really liked the stuff crust. I’ll be back again sometime.

Last evening, another great pizza from here! With friends coming late into town, this was the easiest way to have hot food available in case they were hungry. They sure were! An extra-large for four people, two of whom said they were dieting until i brought this out :-). We always like the slightly sweet sauce and the generous toppings. I love the way the New York crust is chewy when-delivered and gets a good crunch when reheated. Well, no crunch this time - there were no leftovers! The staff was excellent, friendly, and courteous. Food was on-time and made as-ordered: the right ingredients, the right crust, properly cooked. I’m one of those who doesn’t usually tip on take-out orders. These folks saved me and my guests. I definitely thanked them and tipped them.

Ordered delivery and received amazing food.

Pizza came hot with extra cheese, and toppings with quite generous proportions, as described! Delivery arrived quickly as well.

The double chocolate chip brownies were delicious as well 😋! This Papa John's location is certainly better than most with toppings, order accuracy, and delivery.

5/5 would order again.

The morning after eating this for dinner, I woke up to very bad diarrhea and vomiting and fever. I only ate pizza for dinner so I deduced I got food poisoning..

Although the service was superb, I couldn't bring myself to eat the pizza today. So, in return, I wasted money. After placing my order, I was expecting the clerk to wash her hands before prepping the food. No! This didn't happen. No gloves either. Handling money handling the phone and dragging her hands across the counter. Also, touching money and other paperwork. No water was used in between any of those transactions. Unfortunately, I was grossed out and threw the pizza out. I'll never go to the johns again.

i told the lovely gentleman who delivered our order that i would leave a good rating, but i ordered through the app without an account, so i couldn’t find a way to do so! we got the cheese sticks with pizza dipping sauce— i ordered extra and they gave us a few more extra <3 i love you guys, thank you!!! gave us soo many extra packets too!

My pizza barely had cheese on it and looked and tasted old.

So I ordered a $40 order that never came. <granted someone may have stole it, ok> but when I called to speak to a “manager” and his name is CHRIS. he didn’t do anything to render the situation better! Instead I was met with an attitude. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt so I re-ordered and when I received my second order.. this is what I was GIVEN. Just know? NEVER AGAIN, thank you!

Really slow. Maybe understaffed?

Only had delivery since moving to the area. It’s been very fast. Papa John’s overall has great ingredients, I worked there for 8 years and still like the food.

However, this branch does not seem to care much about their final product. Every order has had at least one very incorrect or lackluster item.

I don’t even think Little Caesar’s would call this an Extra Cheese pizza. $20 for a 1-topping pizza is worth it to me, if I actually get the 1 topping.

When you decide to order out to feed the family, there’s not time for a reorder or refund. Time most of all is what we pay the premium for. They do get that right. Second to that is a decent, as-ordered meal. Get that right as well please.
