I went to pick up my order and the entire store was empty. Not a single employee was anywhere for 15 minutes. Eventually a gentleman came out of the back office after I had to walk behind the counter and knock on the door. On top of that EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY GOT FOOD POSIONING FROM THE PIZZA. NEVER EATING AT PAPA JOHNS

Worse pizza experience I ever had with papa John. I will never do business with papa John again. I spent $ 35 dollars for a pizza that was not cooked and everything was falling in the box. I couldn’t pick up one slice of pizza. When I called the manager told me that it happens and I should have let them know about getting the pizza well done. I will never spent a dime at any papa John locations again. I wish I could give 0 star to this location and this brand. It’s a highway robbery at papa Johns

Don't do it. Their pizza was delicious once upon a time. But no more. We've given them at least two chances to redeem with zero upwards improvement. In fact the pizza was worse. Tasted like they're skimping on pizza ingredients. Almost no sauce, the thinest scattering of cheese possible. I order here occasionally for delivery, maybe once every few weeks during football season, and now and then the rest of the year. After my pizza last Saturday, it occurred to me to check the reviews. Holy smokes! The other reviews are all wrong! Anyway, i disagree with them. I love this place! If you like thin crust that's crispy, that's something Papa John's does very well. This is not floppy NY-style (which i also like). It's just about the best fast food thin crust that's not some kind of hipster coal-fired uneven-thickness Neapolitan-gourmet thing with a bumpy lumpy edge. Thin is thin! You can get a decent size pizza for a decent price. Next, their regular sauce has just a touch of sweetness, which I like better than competing brands. Papa's recrisps if you reheat it, and most importantly it's good cold the next day for breakfast! Papa's thin crust is my go to delivered pizza.And this location has made every pizza perfectly for me, gee, over the last two or three years! The toppings are always generous, and the flavors are great! The pie is always perfectly cooked. I always look at the specials, and you can tinker with which crust, which sauce, how much cheese, and most toppings. I say most, because on each special, there seems to be at least one topping that cant be changed. I choose a special, then swap a few ingredients. Importantly, the pepperoni is thin, so it crisps up a bit, and the flavor has just a touch of spiciness. I usually dont add fresh tomatoes, though i like them, because mushrooms and onions and peppers add enough juiciness, and i dont want a soggy crust. Delivery is quick and hot. My only advice to get the best delivery service here is to avoid the rush at the start of a football game. Even ordering early wont help you. During rushed times, i prefer to go pick up the pizza myself. They take good care of me every time. I am not an easy reviewer, though i tend to review only when i really like a place, or when i really hate a place, and not when i agree with all the other reviewers. So if this review is over the top, it's because if you are avoiding this location, you are missing out. They even answer the phone when i call and help me out when i cant get the app to work. The other reviewers missed the boat on this one. Good pizza, good service. Boom!

Ordered the shaq a roni pizza and it was very disappointing. Half of it had hardly any cheese. Lacked pepperoni. Regretted trying papa Johns again.

My kids favorite pizza is the stuffed crust with pineapples. They would eat it everyday if they could. My husband loves their bowls because they are low carb and I love their chicken Parm rolls. Their pizza is always ready when they say and they text and track online so you're not waiting. Location is not too bad since you can access from both sides of 40 from the front or back. They also always have great deals.
