I LOVE playa bowls and have had it many times at several different locations. However, I’ve had smoothie bowls twice from the Ellicott City location and both times the bowl has been super sour, like the bananas are unripe. It’s disappointing when I know how good the bowls can be. I wish they would value quality and stick to using ripe fruit.

Probably the best açaí bowls you can get! The portion is bigger than any other place and they always put the fruits so pretty in there! Loveeee the passion fruit base, I wish it would stay forever!!!!

Straight up didn’t blend the protein powder into my bowl. My bowl was chunky and had pockets of dry unmixed powder. Not to mention I ordered vanilla protein and got chocolate.
