Sandwiches are made with good bread but overall just ok. The cheese steak was good but had minimal cheese. The cubaninwas nice however you are paying almost 20$ for a sandwich with no fries or chips not even a pickle.

This was my first time trying this place. I got the chicken caesar wrap and was highly disappointed. There was barely any chicken or croutons in the wrap. I basically paid $15 for lettuce and dressing. Never again!

Man I love this restaurant; I literally would walk a whole hour for this place. The Nashville chicken sandwich with the sweet potato chips is heavenly. This kept me full throughout my summer. Not only that, they gave me an envelope that gives you a chance to win a free chicken sandwich, or $100 gift card. And not to mention the fresh ingredients and unprocessed meat. I appreciate your employees and owner for running such a great restaurant.

Got the Chicken Caesar wrap which I saw on a social media and had to try it out. The wrap was very good and quite filling. I would absolutely get it again! The side salad was quite good as well. Overall I would come back.

I went here because I got a gift for a free sandwich from my mortgage company. I was not expecting such a great experience and delicious sandwich! Sue took my order and was super friendly along with the staff making my sandwich. Also make sure to try their chicken soup! It has lemon and orzo in it and their lemonade was fantastic as well! Definetly going again.
As per their menu we were trying to order combo meal which includes sandwich, side, pickle or drink (fountain drink or draft beer) with additional cost of 4.95 with sandwich price. However they ended up charges us $8 extra instead of 4.95$. There is no where on menu listed that draft beer cost $8 not $4.95. When we pointed out to cashier person she admitted that there is flaw on the menu and she didn’t prepare it. Ok so don’t I deserve some credit back. But No response. Another thing I order Philly cheesesteak sandwich not mushroom sandwich. My sandwich came with 90% of mushroom and 10% of steak. Not recommended this place for sandwich.

My wife and I went to this location because we like the one in Annapolis. We were disappointed to find out that they did not have majority of ingredients to make the chicken Caesar wrap and we're out of salt and pepper chips. I ended up getting the cheesesteak but it had very little meat on it and it looks like they use ground beef. Overall disappointed with the experience.

We recently visited RegionAle for a school fundraising event, and it was our first time there. The experience was wonderful! A very kind lady (possibly the manager or owner) warmly welcomed us, introduced the kids’ menu, and explained their promotions—including the great deal where kids eat free on Tuesdays. She even gave us a $5 off coupon, which was such a nice surprise.
The food was absolutely delicious—we tried the Kentucky Smashed Burger and the Philly Cheesesteak, and both were fantastic. The service, hospitality, and food quality really impressed us. We’ll definitely be coming back!
