Burgers are FRESH and very good.

Does anyone know the hours or how to order? Can’t see that any of that essential info is on the website

We had Roaming Burger cater my friend's kid's graduation party, and they were an absolute hit! The team was friendly, organized and kept the line moving quickly, no small feat with a hungry crowd of teens and parents.

Frustrating Experience – Please Update Location Info

I was really looking forward to trying Roaming Burgers after seeing all the great reviews, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. The Google Maps listing led me to a spot where the truck was nowhere to be found. After waiting and searching for any updates online, I realized the location hadn’t been updated on Google or other platforms.

As a customer, it’s incredibly frustrating to take the time to go somewhere based on advertised hours and locations, only to be left disappointed. Food trucks thrive on convenience and reliability, and part of that is making sure your patrons know where to find you.

Please update your location across all platforms (Google, social media, website, etc.) so that people can actually enjoy your food. I’m still interested in trying Roaming Burgers, but only when I know I can actually find it.

Love the halal grass-fed burgers here, but there are two major issues that need fixing:

1. Ordering During Winter Hours: In the winter, they’re only open on weekends, and orders can only be placed online. However, the ordering system is a mess. Both DoorDash and their Square site either show the store as closed or not accepting orders, even during their listed operating hours. To make matters worse, Google still shows the store as open, which confuses customers trying to order within the correct hours. This really needs to be addressed—if online orders are the only option, they should work flawlessly.

2. Menu Changes on DoorDash: The double patty option I’ve ordered before is now gone from DoorDash. It’s disappointing to see menu items vanish without explanation.

Another frustration is that their phone number goes straight to voicemail, leaving customers with no way to contact the store. With limited hours, limited ordering options, and no way to communicate, it feels like the connection between kitchen and customer is completely broken. These issues seriously hurt the experience, and I hope they’re fixed soon.

I really love the chicken tenders. They are well seasoned, and cooked to perfection with a unique flavor.

Honestly, the cost is excessive, the taste is mediocre and the pick up time was irrelevant related to the food cook time so my order had been ready for some time already even though I was early related to the pick up time

This food truck brought to light some excellent Smash burgers! If you're hungry@ go for the double patty! Fries are kin to boardwalk fries ? and the mini funnel cakes are good! Definitely added to our foodie list! Heads up. They just moved over to 8300 national pike Ellicott City. Aka Carroll gas station! Run! Never walk! ? #ArtisTheFoodie

Seen this place on Instagram Foodie's page (S/O @big_schlims_tastetest) and took a trip with my family to give it a try. Me and Wifey both got single patty burgers, fries, and drinks. The burgers and fries didn't disappoint, you would never know the burgers were organic 100% grass fed beef. If you haven't been, give it a try. Me and Wifey will definitely come back again

Very good smashburgers and each order is made fresh. I just wished it was a bit speedier. 20 minute wait for two burgers and a funnel cake is a bit excessive on a Sunday evening 9:30PM. Overall a decent experience and definitely will be back.

Had the double patty with turkey bacon, mayo, bbq sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Every bite was amazing!!! The patties are big, flat, and juicy!

I just tried the place out and I’ll be honest they messed my order up a bit but were very professional and fixed it quickly. But Then the burger was so damn good! and the service was great I turned around and ordered seconds to take home for me and my wife. Good job, highly recommended! Will be back!
