Safeway Safeway has officially lost a customer. The seafood department employee Paul M has officially offended me for the last time. Yesterday I recorded video of Paul telling me to "have a blessed day". The first time Paul said that I asked him not to . He asked me why and said god is watching . I filed a complaint with Safeway customer service . About two weeks ago he said it again . I reported him to the manager on duty . Yesterday he said it again with a big grin on his face . However I recorded the entire incident . I never have been in a place where it was ok to voice your personal belief on a customer while you are working . I am highly offended .

Despite being in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the country, Long Gate Safeway is notorious for ripping people off at the register because their sale prices advertised in the aisles ring up full price. If you happen to be paying attention and catch this scam, the cashier will tell you to hold on while she sends someone to check out the price in the aisle. Have a coupon at self-checkout? Be prepared to wait for the machine to call for an associate because it doesn't

So shorthanded that the deli counter shut down at 7pm on a Tuesday evening? Then to top it off, only 1 full service register open? Really Safeway? Very disappointed. And to think, I passed 2 Giant grocery stores to come here...
