I am currently sitting outside of the Drive and Go parking space, trying to pick up my groceries. I've called several times and no one is answering. I understand this is a First World problem, but if you are supposed to offer a service, not for free because I am paying for it...then I expect results. I'm going to try calling again and then I'm making a formal request to regional manager
Was a good place to shop 10 years ago. Been slowly getting worse ever since. Never enough checkouts open. Poor selection.

Safeway is a large, clean, and attractive store offering a wide variety of top quality goods. Customers can find everything they need under one roof, including a top class bakery, meat and seafood section, fresh produce, and fresh fruits. The store has self-checkout counters with helpful staff readily available to assist with any technical difficulties.
