Service and food slowly deteriorating as expected. We have been to the restaurant around 12-15 times since they opened. Initial visits were good but lately we have seen steady decline in their service.
In our last visit a male employee who seemed to be the manager/owner took our order and completely ignored the details. e.g. Asked for chillis in the veg uttapam and a soft mysore masala dosa with masala on the side. We have ordered this many times in the past and it arrived as ordered until this time. Chillis missing in the Uttapam and dosa was crunchy with masala inside. It is not a big deal but their attention to detail in listening to the customer seems to be vanishing as they have become popular in the area. I wish another good dosa place opens in the area so the quality remains in check. Another observation is that they are now skimping on the quantity of some chutneys as you can see in the picture. Food taste has been consistent over all.

I rarely write reviews, even when the food or service falls short. However, what prompted me to write this one was the disappointing attitude toward customer service — an overall sense that guests’ experiences simply did not matter.
From the start, there was little attention paid to hospitality. When we placed our order, we politely asked if appetizers could be served first and the rest of the meal brought together as ready. The server responded curtly, stating that “it doesn’t work that way” and that they were too busy to accommodate any order sequence. The tone was dismissive, leaving us with no choice but to agree.
Dinner was served entirely on small appetizer plates, which seemed unusual given that regular dinner plates were available — though only upon request. At most restaurants, staff automatically replace plates when the main course arrives.
The Mysore Masala Dosa was served completely cold. Water was room temperature and provided without being asked about preference (cold, with ice, bottled, etc.). For two curry dishes, we received only one small bowl of rice, and when we inquired, were told that it counted as two servings — which was difficult to believe.
The chicken curry itself consisted of two large chunks of chicken in a thin tomato-based gravy that tasted canned and lacked flavor or effort in preparation.
What stood out most was not just the mediocre food, but the overall lack of mindfulness or pride in service. There seemed to be a complacent “we don’t need to care” attitude, which was disappointing and concerning.
I share this feedback in the hope that the management reflects on the importance of customer experience. While the restaurant may be doing well, attentive service and genuine hospitality are what sustain long-term success. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning.

One of our fave Indian restaurants in the area!
Food: All the dishes we've had are great - particularly the dosas and lamb biryani. The menu is vast with many vegetarian and non-veg options. They also have lunch thali sets.
Vibe: Though the decor is more on the formal side, the ambience is casual and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Great place for large groups and they accommodate kids easily.
