Out-of-towner here. I had a really bad experience. The food is mediocre at best, and ridiculously overpriced. I was visiting my grandfather and this will likely be the last time I see him. I wanted to give his helper a break so took them out to lunch, but was met with the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. My guess is that they were annoyed because we didn't order any of their big ticket items like grilled beef (I wanted to order for the party but they are not meat eaters so refrained from doing so). My grandfather's health has deteriorated significantly this year and he's kind of a slow eater. He needs to take a minute before getting up after meals to let it digest a bit, and my guess is that this annoyed them too (no this did not cut into their break time or off hours, they continued to receive customers though it was pretty sparse). I don't know this area well but if you have any other options, go there. This place would be out of business in two weeks if they were in NY/NJ. Would never recommend it to anyone.

My go to Korean bbq place since College. Now I take my kid there and their staffs are very nice to her. Meat quality is great.

Service for years is so bad. They never come over to fill water unless you call. The food is cooked hurriedly to get you out. They like only certain customers and several wait staff during one visit will spend so much time at one table fawning over particular customers while ignoring others.

We stopped by for Thai food but noticed an abundance of Korean restaurants in the mall. After a quick Google Maps check, we chose this one—and it did not disappoint! The authenticity was evident, with all the staff being Korean and only a few speaking English.

The food was excellent for the price. We ordered the special combination for two, which was more than enough for three—my husband, teen son, and me. The highlight was the thick pork belly: it looked greasy at first, but once grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, it was incredible. The fat rendered out, leaving the meat perfectly crispy and chewy.

The two men also shared a seafood pancake, while I was already satisfied with the small dishes—like the steamed egg and soup—that came with the meal.

Waited 30 minutes at the front with no greeting or acknowledgment. There were 7 empty tables that we counted. We just
walked out
