Bruh they did not take my order for like 20 min ts pmo
They ignored me like 5 times even though I was being patient and nice

The food was good. The service was great. Very friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere was pleasant.

The female latina manager that works around 10pm customer service is trash to the point I had to call corporate.

Manager had a real attitude problem waited forever. I made the point of being very nice, but he just wasn’t having. It should probably find another job. Sorry to say.

This is my second time in a row here & I’ll never come back. First time they advertised as open and were only serving drinks. This time, Dejuan was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was he giving an attitude from the beginning but he yelled at me, after he said he couldn’t hear me and I had spoke up. Regardless, you should never yell at your customers and apologize for any miscommunication. Ruined my entire experience and ruined my meal. The chocolate oreo milkshake literally had the full cookies at the bottom and werent blended in…. ridiculous.

Had the smash burger sandwich they were great. They were juicy but crisp on the edges. There was plenty of cheese and sauce on the burgers. The fries were crunchy and crisp.

Not impressed. The dining room has been closed since Covid. The bathrooms are always “broken”. They’ve gotten my order wrong a couple times and the staff is always rude about it. I really wish this neighborhood Sonic would do better. Other Sonic’s are so much better. It’s a shame! I wish this sonic would leave the neighborhood.

Sucks every time I come here it’s some issue of the day! They only taking cash order but never said, then what chain restaurant you go to it’s open 10 am then they say give us 5 mins, like from when they first opened till now it just needs better management.

I used to go to this Sonic regularly but that was over 2 years ago. After placing my order I was given the wrong food. When I alerted the person at the window he was accompanied by the individual who took my order. This person was in the way & just stared at me. When I began to inspect my chicken sandwich it reminded me of Baltimore City public school food in the 90s.

closed an hour early as i was sitting there in my car about to press the button! turned the lights off and everything

Today i was trying to get some food before work. Some reason its taking 30+ mins for my food to come out from the drive thru. Foods great but never will i come back unless i have the whole day free. Dang.

No one cares anymore about service. The stalls close at 9 pm!!!! So you have to wait in this long line to place a simple drink order!!!!!! It then took over 20 min. To get through the line of three cars to get my drink. Won't be returning.

Bacon and egg on Texas toast... So Good 😊
