I placed a mobile order, pulled into the stall & kept getting an error code so I had to push the red button. It took several minutes before anyone acknowledged us there. The gentleman asked the name for the order but could not get my name right. You could hear him talking to another person, maybe customer, so I think he was too distracted to hear my name. Wound up having to go inside to get my order. The coney dog barely had chili on it & the tots were cold but the witches...
Food was awesome. The employee didn’t look to happy but, Ive worked as a server before and I know how it can be sometimes but, regardless you still give a little smile. First time I’ve ate there and it was delicious. Thank you Sonic!!
For my 1st visit I'm impressed with only 2 workers in the time from order to the time to fresh hot food I had no issues even on a Saturday morning better than I expected. With 2 orders of fries . onion rings . mozzarella sticks. And Breakfast Toaster . Thumbs up service speed and quality . I can only speak for my experience
