I recently frequented this establishment and asked for the dairy strawberry cold foam on my matcha to be replaced with a nondairy cold foam. I was told I absolutely can not replace or substitute the cold foam that the recipe calls for and I was given my matcha as is. I’m vegan. I can’t imagine an establishment that allows an alteration on the app for us vegan people to still enjoy a sweet treat without being forced to be sick for the rest of the day. Thank you, to your barista. 😐

The service was awful, people ignoring customers and not helping. They were talking between them for at least 5 minutes until they finally came to help me with my order. Thanks for the really bad experience guys!
Worst Starbucks ever. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where I’ve waited this long. The drive-thru takes 10-15 minutes for 4 cars, and I’ve waited 45+ minutes in the drive-thru for 8-10 cars in line. They aren’t courteous or apologetic either. Go to the Dunkin around the counter. You’ll thank yourself after.
