This location makes the best drinks. I love the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew but not every Starbucks location makes them correctly. Some times the coffee is dark (not enough sweet cream) but I just ask for more which has never been a problem. I stop here frequently and they can get crowded and the drive thru can take awhile. The store can get messy due to them being super busy. Love this location- thank you for making the best coffee!

This store used to be my favorite, but recently, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies. I ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso — a drink I have four times a week — but what I received looked completely different. It was a white drink that resembled a chai. When I pointed out that it didn’t look like my usual drink and asked where the espresso was, the barista insisted it was correct. I’ve experienced similar issues with Frappuccinos as well. I expect Starbucks drinks to be consistent no matter which location I visit. It's frustrating

This location has really gone downhill. Or maybe its Starbucks? The workers are nice so no complaints there. The issue is the quality. The iced coffee is horrible. It tastes like they take hot coffee and ice it down. Maybe its their new blend? Even their Cold Brew isn't as good as it used to be. Also the store is usually a disaster by the end of the day with trash overflowing. Remember when you used to be able to go to Starbucks and get your drink, then you could add your cream/milk and sugar the way you like? Those days are long gone. You're lucky to even have napkins sitting out at this location. Its really a shame considering how much we all spend at these places.

On 10/13/2024 I went to Starbucks on Richard Valley Rd with my bff to order a pumpkin chai latte and a frozen hot chocolate (which is equivalent they said to a frozen mocha, which didn’t taste anything like chocolate) once we tried it we didn’t like it and so we asked for a refund. Well the young lady didn’t refund us but charged us an additional $5.78. So now we have been changed $11.56 on a credit card. On 10/17/2024 we called and went to the store to get the refund corrected only to be told that we would need to contact Starbucks Customer Care and then had to email Starbucks review with the copies of the receipts and no response from them at all. On 10/24/2024 we emailed to receive a status update and still nothing. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. They take our money but won’t refund in a timely manner. This is ridiculous. SMH!!!!
So you can give a Starbucks credit to my app but not back to my credit card. I am NOT going to patronize Starbucks anymore!!! I want my money back
Great service, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The new merry cranberry orange refresher is a banger. Plus we support all Starbucks unionizing efforts! ✊

Starbucks used to be my go-to for coffee and snacks when it's in my budget. I often feel like I've indulged after drinking the decadent lattes and since I've cut back on caffeine I'm just drinking the matcha lattes which are stull really good. Reliable and flavorful, just a bit overpriced but hey, that's the Starbucks way 😆

This location have got to be one of the worst locations I have ever been too. First? They are always backed up and behind on making peoples orders. The inside of this location and the drive through are always full of people waiting AT LEAST 10-15min for their drinks. The location is always fully staffed I don't understand what the hold up is. Every time I go to this location they make my order wrong. Well I have not been in a very long time so I decided to give them another try today. I asked for a "Grande Carmel Frappe w/Extra Carmel Drizzle " when I received the drink it was a Grande Milk Frappe with Extra Carmel Drizzle. There was NO COFFEE in the frappe and not only that? The young man dumped Carmel on the top of the drink when I asked for extra drizzle around the cup. The cup had no drizzle. I am not a "Karen" therefore I was going to keep this review to myself but something has to give. Every time I come to this location the order is made wrong and that pisses me off.

This starbucks was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the store. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the floor was dirty, with trash and spills scattered about. The tables and chairs were also stained and sticky.
The counters and equipment behind the counter didn't appear to be properly sanitized either. I saw a barista wipe down the counter with a dirty rag, which only seemed to spread the dirt around.
I ordered coffee, but the barista seemed overwhelmed and took a while to get it right. Needless to say but as well the restroom was something terrible as well.

This location isn’t my favorite due to the way management is consistently overworking and running through my favorite staff. But I want to give a shoutout to a lovely lady named Julia who has been here for a long time, and always has treated me so well! She was an absolute wonder on this particular day! I accidentally forgot a drink addition and she remade it for me no problem. I then forgot to order a water at the register and she was more than happy to grab one, even though she seemed very busy. Thank you Julia for being such an amazing worker! I hope to see her again when I come back.

Usually this location is great, never really had an issue before. just as a reminder to the baristas, people do order their drinks the way they do for specific reasons, it’s a really awful move to give a caffeinated drink to someone who ordered decaf regardless but when that person has a severe heart condition it’s even worse.. I’ll let you know if there’s a bill after I leave the hospital with my husband who’s having literal palpitations because someone couldn’t be bothered to take 3 extra seconds for decaf.

I’ve been going to this location for years. I’ll even drive out of the way to do so! Service is efficient and drinks are always good. All of the baristas I’ve experience are great, but an extra shoutout to Steve! Thank you for your support, Steve!
