The person who took my order was surly. The barista who prepared my latte decided to keep that a secret. So I was waiting for an order that was prepared and no one bothered to tell me. That barista then had the nerve to be rude about it when another employee tired to help me with my order. A location to avoid.

New Years 2026. Updated review. Two cars in drive thru ordered one latte. Took over 15 minutes and there were at least 5 people working. Two customers in the store. Handed my coffee no apology for taking so long or thank you. They are going to loose me as a customer.
This is my local Starbucks but I use it only because it’s convenient. If given a choice I would go to another store. It’s a hit and miss. Customer service is mediocre especially at the drive thru. Once you get to the window there’s no greeting or even a thank you most of the time. Your spending an average of $6 for a drink least you should get is appreciation for your patronage. No wonder Starbucks is loosing money I’ll start going to the Dunkin 2 minutes away that also has a drive thru.

If you feel like flushing money down the toilet literally because your lactose intolerant and they can't make the drink correctly then go to this location. They wouldn't give me a refund they wouldn't acknowledge me just a half-ass sorry and I have no other issues with other locations making a simple dairy-free drink right the first time and then it doesn't matter that it's late at night I just want my drink right and The guy probably thought I was a cop because I have ham radio antennas and even if I was a cop this is no excuse for that kind of treatment from a repeat customer I won't be going back to this location

I dont fully blame the staff but the management is clearly incompetent. They're ALWAYS understaffed, always running crazy behind.
Where i blame the staff is that they're always complaining about it so LOUDLY. Like, I get it, we've all had bad bosses and bad jobs, but you cant just whine about it so loud ALL your customers can hear.
Makes it miserable to come here.
